Abstract:
(DE) Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Schutzschicht aus Grundschicht und Deckschicht auf einem Substrat beschrieben, bei dem a) eine Beschichtungszusammensetzung, umfassend eine Bindemittelkomponente aus einem Hydrolysat oder Kondensat von einer oder mehreren hydrolysierbaren Siliciumverbindungen, wobei mindestens eine hydrolysierbare Siliciumverbindung mindestens eine nicht hydrolysierbare organische Gruppe aufweist, und eine Flexibilisierungskomponente aus mindestens einem linearen anorganischen Polymer, nasschemisch auf das Substrat aufgebracht und verdichtet wird, um die Grundschicht zu bilden, und b) eine Beschichtungszusammensetzung, die mindestens eine basische Alkalimetallverbindung und ein Hydrolysat oder Kondensat von einer oder mehreren hydrolysierbaren Siliciumverbindungen, wobei mindestens eine hydrolysierbare Siliciumverbindung mindestens eine nicht hydrolysierbare organische Gruppe aufweist, umfasst, nasschemisch auf die Grundschicht aufgebracht und verdichtet wird, um die Deckschicht zu bilden Es werden alkalibeständige, spülmaschinenfeste und abriebbeständige Schutzschichten erhalten.
(EN) A method is described for producing a protective coating, comprising a base coat and a top coat, on a substrate, wherein a) a coating composition that comprises a binder component made of a hydrolysate or condensate of one or more hydrolysable silicon compounds, wherein at least one hydrolysable silicon compound comprises at least one non-hydrolysable organic group, and a flexibilization component made of at least one linear inorganic polymer, is applied to the substrate in wet chemical fashion and densified in order to form the base coat, and b) a coating composition that comprises at least one basic alkali metal compound and a hydrolysate or condensate of one or more hydrolysable silicon compounds, wherein at least one hydrolysable silicon compound comprises at least one non-hydrolysable organic group, is applied to the base coat in wet chemical fashion and densified in order to form the top coat. Alkali-resistant, dishwasher-safe and wear-resistant protective coatings are thereby obtained.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'une couche de protection faite d'une couche de base et d'une couche de recouvrement sur un substrat, procédé suivant lequel a) une composition de revêtement, comprenant un composant liant fait d'un hydrolysat ou d'un condensat d'un ou plusieurs composés de silicium hydrolysable, au moins un composé de silicium hydrolysables comprenant au moins un groupe organique non hydrolysable, et un composant de flexibilité fait d'au moins un polymère inorganique linéaire, est déposée et condensée sur le substrat par chimie humide, pour former la couche de base, et b) une composition de revêtement, qui comprend au moins un composé de métal alcalin basique et un hydrolysat ou condensat d'un ou plusieurs composés de silicium hydrolysables, au moins un composé de silicium hydrolysable comprenant au moins un groupe organique non hydrolysable, est déposée et condensée sur la couche de base par chimie humide, pour former la couche de recouvrement.
