Abstract:
(DE) Ein Katalysatorformkörper zur Herstellung von Maleinsäureanhydrid durch Gasphasenoxidation eines Kohlenwasserstoffs mit mindestens vier Kohlenstoffatomen, umfasst eine katalytisch aktive Masse, die Vanadium, Phosphor und Sauerstoff enthält. Der Katalysatorformkörper weist einen im wesentlichen zylindrischen Körper mit wenigstens zwei, vorzugsweise vier, zur Zylinderachse des Körpers im wesentlichen parallele, durchgehende Innenbohrungen auf. Der Katalysatorformkörper weist eine große äußere Oberfläche, einen geringeren Druckverlust und ausreichende mechanische Stabilität auf.
(EN) The invention relates to a catalyst molded body for producing maleic anhydride by gas-phase oxidation of a hydrocarbon having at least four carbon atoms, comprising a catalytically active mass, which contains vanadium, phosphorus, and oxygen. The catalyst molded body comprises a substantially cylindrical body having at least two, preferably four, inner through-bores substantially parallel to the cylinder axis of the body. The catalyst molded body has a large outer surface area, a lower pressure loss, and sufficient mechanical stability.
(FR) Un corps moulé catalyseur pour la production d'anhydride maléique par oxydation en phase gazeuse d'un hydrocarbure ayant au moins quatre atomes de carbone, comprend une masse active catalytique qui renferme du vanadium, du phosphore et de l'oxygène. Le corps moulé catalyseur présente un corps sensiblement cylindrique ayant au moins deux, de préférence quatre, trous intérieurs traversants, sensiblement parallèles à l'axe du cylindre du corps. Le corps moulé catalyseur présente une plus grande surface extérieure, une plus faible perte de pression et une stabilité mécanique suffisante.
