Abstract:
(DE) Die katalytisch aktive Masse eines Katalysatorformkörpers umfasst ein Vanadium und Phosphor enthaltendes Multielementoxid. Das spezifische Porenvolumen PV (in ml/g) des Katalysatorformkörpers, die Schüttdichte p des Katalysatorformkörpers (in kg/l), die geometrische Oberfläche Ageo (in mm2) und das geometrische Volumen Vgeo (in mm3) des Katalysatorformkörpers genügen der Bedingung: 0,275 < PV • p • Ageo/Vgeo. In einem Verfahren zur Herstellung von Maleinsäureanhydrid durch heterogen katalytische Gasphasenoxidation eines Kohlenwasserstoffs erlaubt der Katalysatorformkörper einen geringeren Druckverlust und eine hohe Ausbeute.
(EN) The catalytically active mass of a catalyst molded body comprises a multi-element oxide containing vanadium and phosphorus. The specific pore volume PV (in ml/g) of the catalyst molded body, the bulk density p of the catalyst molded body (in kg/l), the geometric surface area Ageo (in mm2), and the geometric volume Vgeo (in mm3) of the catalyst molded body satisfy the condition: 0.275 < PV • p • Ageo/Vgeo. In a method for producing maleic acid anhydride by heterogeneously catalytic gas phase oxidation of a hydrocarbon, the catalyst molded body allows a lower pressure loss and a high yield.
(FR) La masse à activité catalytique d'un corps moulé catalyseur comprend un oxyde multi-élément renfermant du vanadium et du phosphore. Le volume poreux spécifique PV (en ml/g) du corps moulé catalyseur, la masse volumique apparente p du corps moulé catalyseur (en kg/l), la surface géométrique Ageo (en mm2) et le volume géométrique Vgeo (en mm3) du corps moulé catalyseur satisfont à la condition: 0,275 < PV • p • Ageo/Vgeo. Dans un procédé de production d'anhydride maléique, par oxydation en phase gazeuse, catalytique hétérogène d'un hydrocarbure, le corps moulé catalyseur permet d'avoir une moindre perte de pression et d'obtenir un rendement élevé.
