Abstract:
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt ein neues Verfahren zur gezielten Isolierung von Polyketidbiosynthesegenen aus Metagenomen bereit. Weiterhin werden erstmalig die Nuklein- und Aminosäuresequenzen des PKS-Clusters von Psymberin, sowie Expressionssysteme zur Herstellung dieses Polyketids offenbart.
(EN) The present invention relates to a novel method for selectively isolating polyketide biosynthesis genes from metagenomes. Furthermore, the nucleic and amino acid sequences of the PKS cluster of psymberin and expression systems for producing said polyketide are disclosed for the first time.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un nouveau procédé d'isolation ciblée de gènes biosynthétiques de polykétide issus de métagénomes. En outre, on a proposé pour la première fois les séquences d'acides nucléiques et d'acides aminés du cluster PKS de la psymbérine, ainsi que des systèmes d'expression pour la production de ce polykétide.
