Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Lagerung (5) für eine rotierbare und durch Schwingungsanregung in Richtung ihrer Rotationsachse (R) bewegbare und beidseitig an einem Maschinengestell (3) mittels jeweils einer zumindest ein Radialgleitlager umfassenden Lageranordnung (5.1, 5.2) gelagerte Walze (2), insbesondere eine Brustwalze (2*) in einer Maschine (40) zur Herstellung von Materialbahnen. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Radialgleitlager einer Lageranordnung (5.1, 5.2) als hydrodynamisches Radialgleitlager (6.1, 6.2) ausgeführt ist. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer derartig gelagerten Walze (2, 2').
(EN) The invention relates to a bearing arrangement (5) for a rotatable roll (2) which can be moved in the direction of its rotational axis (R) by vibration excitation and which is mounted at both sides on a machine frame (3) by means of in each case one bearing arrangement (5.1, 5.2) comprising at least one radial plain bearing, in particular a breast roll (2*) in a machine (40) for producing material webs. The solution according to the invention is characterized in that the radial plain bearing of a bearing arrangement (5.1, 5.2) is designed as a hydrodynamic radial plain bearing (6.1, 6.2). The invention also relates to a method for operating a roll (2, 2') which is mounted in this way.
(FR) L'invention concerne un logement (5) pour un rouleau (2) rotatif pouvant être déplacé par excitation vibratoire en direction de son axe de rotation (R), logé bilatéralement sur une structure de machine (3) au moyen d'un dispositif palier respectif (5.1, 5.2) comprenant au moins un palier à glissement radial, notamment pour un rouleau de tête (2'), dans une machine (40) destinée à la fabrication de bandes de matériau. Le logement selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que le palier à glissement radial d'un dispositif palier (5.1. 5.2) est conçu en tant que palier à glissement radial hydrodynamique (6.1, 6.2). L'invention concerne également un procédé pour faire fonctionner un tel rouleau (2, 2').
