Abstract:
(DE) Eine Vorrichtung zum Erfassen von Exazerbations-relevanten Parametern (Messdaten) im Rahmen einer Lungenerkrankung eines Probanden weist eine Spirometereinheit zum Messen der Lungenatmung des Probanden sowie eine Aktivitätsmesseinheit zum Messen einer motorischen Bewegungsaktivität des Probanden auf. Eine Auswerteeinheit sammelt Messdaten der Spirometereinheit und der Aktivitätsmesseinheit. Bei einem entsprechenden Verfahren werden an einem Tag zu unterschiedlichen Tageszeiten Messungen mit der Spirometereinheit und der Aktivitätsmesseinheit durchgeführt und die Messwerte in der Auswerteeinheit gespeichert.
(EN) The invention relates to a device for capturing parameters (measured data) relevant to exacerbations in the course of a lung disease of a test subject, comprising a spirometer unit for measuring pulmonary respiration of the test subject and an activity measuring unit for measuring motor motion activity of the test subject. An analysis unit collects measured data from the spirometer unit and the activity measuring unit. In a corresponding method, measurements are performed in one day at different times of day using the spirometer unit and the activity measuring unit, and the measurements are stored in the analysis unit.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de détection de paramètres (données de mesure) relatifs à des exacerbations dans le cadre d'une maladie pulmonaire chez un sujet, lequel dispositif présente une unité de spirométrie servant à mesurer la respiration pulmonaire du sujet ainsi qu'une unité de mesure de l'activité servant à mesurer une activité motrice du sujet. Une unité d'évaluation collecte les données de mesure fournies par l'unité de spirométrie et par l'unité de mesure de l'activité. Selon un procédé correspondant, des mesures sont prises avec l'unité de spirométrie et l'unité de mesure de l'activité sur une journée à des heures différentes de la journée, et les valeurs de mesure sont mémorisées dans l'unité d'évaluation.
