Abstract:
(EN) An ultra thick bamboo-wood composite panel and an ultra thick solid wood composite panel include a core, a face veneer and a back veneer. The core is an ultra thick rotary-cut veneer which has a thickness of 6mm -12mm. The face veneer and the back veneer are made of bamboo or wood. The core comprises a plurality of ultra thick veneers, the contiguous layers of the ultra thick veneer are assembled along the grain, a glue layer is arranged between contiguous veneers, the bonding agent of the glue layer is an aqueous macromolecule isocyanate adhesive. The ultra thick veneer of the core is a veneer through combing treatment of stress, and spot-shape or segment-shape cracks are formed in the direction along the grain of the loosened surface of every veneer. A manufacturing method of composite panel includes the following steps: making veneer, drying process, coating adhesive, assembling and hot pressing. The spot-shape or segment-shape cracks are formed in the direction along the grain of the veneer, the processed veneer is used for core. Compared with the prior composite panel of the same thickness, the composite panel has greatly reduced glue spread, no deformation and no distortion.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un panneau composite en bambou ultra-épais et un panneau composite en bois plein ultra-épais comprenant une portion centrale, un placage de parement et un contreparement. La portion centrale est un placage à coupe rotative ultra-épais dont l'épaisseur est comprise entre 6 mm et 12 mm. Le placage de parement et le contreparement sont faits en bambou ou en bois. La portion centrale comprend plusieurs placages ultra-épais, dont les couches contiguës sont assemblées le long de la veinure, une couche de colle étant disposée entre les placages, l'agent de liaison de la couche de colle étant un adhésif d'isocyanate macromoléculaire aqueux. Le placage ultra-épais de la portion centrale est un placage anti-contrainte, et des craquelures en forme de taches ou en forme de segments sont faites dans le sens de la veinure de la face à aspect écailleux de chaque placage. L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau composite comprenant les étapes consistant à : fabriquer un placage, sécher, appliquer un adhésif, assembler et presser à chaud. Les craquelures en forme de taches ou en forme de segments sont formées dans le sens des veinures du placage, le placage traité étant utilisé pour la portion centrale. Par rapport aux panneaux composites antérieurs de même épaisseur, le panneau composite de l'invention nécessite moins d'encollage, il ne se déforme pas et ne se tord pas.
