Abstract
(EN) Provided is a resin pipe joint which is improved to have excellent assembling workability and handling performance by making it possible to check that a union nut has been tightened or almost has been tightened even when the pipe joint portion is invisible or difficult to recognize, and even at a noisy job site.  A resin pipe joint is configured in such a manner that a diameter enlargement region (9) is pressed by a seal press portion (10) when a union nut (2) advances by screwing as a female screw (8) is screwed into a male screw (5) under a state where a tube (3) is fitted over an inner tube (4) to form a enlarged diameter portion (3A), wherein a torque variation portion (26) is configured so that the protrusion (20) of the joint body (1) and the recess (19) of the union nut (2) are fitted to or separated from each other by the flexural displacement of the protrusion (20) in the direction of the central axis (P) thereof when the seal press portion (10) presses the diameter enlargement region (9) to cause the turning and tightening of the union nut (2) that occurs approximately ahead of the end of the advancing by screwing of the screw nut .
(FR) L'invention porte sur un joint de tuyau en résine qui est amélioré pour avoir une excellente aptitude au travail d'assemblage et une excellente performance de manipulation par le fait de rendre possible la vérification qu'un écrou-union a été serré ou a presque été serré même lorsque la partie joint de tuyau est invisible ou difficile à voir, et même sur un site de travail bruyant. Un joint de tuyau en résine est configuré de telle sorte qu'une région à diamètre élargi (9) est pressée par une partie de pression de scellement étanche (10) lorsqu'un écrou-union (2) avance par vissage à mesure qu'une vis femelle (8) est vissée dans une vis mâle (5) dans un état dans lequel un tube (3) est adapté sur un tube interne (4) pour former une partie à diamètre élargi (3A), une partie de variation de couple (26) étant configurée de telle sorte que la saillie (20) du corps de joint (1) et le creux (19) de l'écrou-union (2) sont adaptés l'un à l'autre ou séparés l'un de l'autre par le déplacement en flexion de la saillie (20) dans la direction de l'axe central (P) de celle-ci lorsque la partie de pression de scellement étanche (10) presse la région d'élargissement de diamètre (9) pour provoquer la rotation et le serrage de l'écrou-union (2), lesquels se produisent approximativement avant la fin de l'avance par vissage de l'écrou de vis.
(JA)  管継手部分が見えない又は見難い場所にあり、かつ、騒音状況下にある作業現場においても、ユニオンナットが締付終了又はそれに近い状態であることの確認が行えるようにし、組付作業性や取扱い性に優れるように改善される樹脂管継手を提供する。そのため、インナ筒4にチューブ3が外嵌されて拡径部3Aを生じる状態での雌ねじ8と雄ねじ5との螺合によるユニオンナット2の螺進により、拡径変化領域9がシール用押圧部10で押圧される構成の樹脂管継手において、継手本体1の凸部20とユニオンナット2の凹部19とが、シール用押圧部10が拡径変化領域9を押圧してのユニオンナット2の螺進終了手前付近からの締込み回転に伴って凸部20の軸心P方向への撓み変位によって互いに嵌合及び離脱されるトルク変動部26が構成されている。
