Abstract

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an electrode for a solar cell, a substrate for the solar cell manufactured by the same, and a solar cell manufactured by the same. The present invention forms an electrode of a specific pattern through an offset printing system, and plates the electrode through a plating process to fill the metal-free region of a bus bar electrode with a plating metal and thus reduce the sheet resistance of the bus bar. The present invention obtains a finger electrode with a line width of 100 microns or less through the combination of an offset printing process and a wet metal plating process. Further, the present invention obtains an electrode with an aspect ratio of 0.2 to 0.6 to reduce light shield effects and improve efficiency of the solar cell. The present invention eliminates the necessity of multi-layer offset printing, and thus to reduce use of expensive conductive paste which might otherwise increase in proportion to the number of times printing is performed.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une électrode pour une cellule solaire, un substrat pour la cellule solaire fabriquée au moyen de ce procédé, ainsi qu'une cellule solaire fabriquée au moyen dudit procédé. La présente invention consiste à former une électrode selon un motif spécifique au moyen d'un système d'impression offset, et à opérer le revêtement métallique de l'électrode au moyen d'une opération de revêtement métallique de façon à remplir la zone exempte de métal d'une électrode barre omnibus avec un métal de revêtement, d'où une réduction de la résistance de couche de la barre omnibus. La présente invention permet d'obtenir une électrode à doigts présentant une largeur de ligne inférieure ou égale à 100 micromètres, par combinaison d'une opération d'impression offset et d'une opération de revêtement métallique par voie humide. En outre, la présente invention permet d'obtenir une électrode présentant un rapport de forme de 0,2 à 0,6 en vue d'une réduction des effets d'écran à la lumière et d'une amélioration du rendement de la cellule solaire. La présente invention permet de supprimer la nécessité d'utiliser une impression offset multicouche et, donc, de réduire l'utilisation d'une pâte conductrice coûteuse qui, sinon, augmenterait proportionnellement au nombre d'opérations d'impression.

본 발명은 옵셋 인쇄 방식으로 특정 패턴의 전극을 형성하고, 도금 공정을 통해 도금하여, 버스바 전극의 금속이 채워지지 않는 영역에 도금 금속으로 채워주어, 버스바의 면저항을 감소시켜주며, 옵셋 인쇄 공정과 습식 금속 도금 공정의 조합으로 핑거 전극 선폭을 100 마이크론 이내로 구현할 수 있고 또한 전극의 종횡비를 0.2 내지 0.6으로 구현 하여 빛의 차폐 효과를 줄이고, 태양 전지 셀의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 다층 옵셋 인쇄하지 않아도 되기 때문에 인쇄 횟수만큼 증가하는 고가의 도전성 페이스트 사용량을 저감할 수 있는 태양 전지용 전극의 제조방법, 이를 이용하여 제조된 태양 전지용 기판 및 태양 전지를 제공한다.
