Disclosed is an electric lever device equipped with an operating lever (1), one end of which has a handle (2) that an operator grasps and at the other end of which is formed a central axis of rotation (3), a detection unit (4) that detects the amount of rotation of the central axis of rotation (3), and a retaining part (50) that immobilizes the operating lever (1) and prevents the lever from returning; in addition, the detection unit (4) and the retaining part (50) of the electric lever device are disposed in the surface perpendicular to the central axis of rotation (3) of the operating lever (1), which is the surface vertical to the attachment surface (S) of the electric lever device, and a detent mechanism (6) is provided between the central axis of rotation (3) and the handle (2). The detent mechanism (6) comprises: a through-hole (11) formed in the direction of the axle (C1) of the operating lever (1); an expansion coil spring (12) inserted into the through-hole (11); a compression part (10) that has balls (13a, 13b) provided at either end of the expansion coil spring (12) and that generates compressive force in the direction of the axle (C1); and a guide part (20) that guides the movement of the axle (C1) in the circumferential direction and that changes the compressive force by changing the guiding width in the direction of the axle (C1), placing a load on the movement of the operating lever (1) together with the tensile force of a twisting coil spring (30).

On décrit un dispositif de manette électrique équipé d’une manette (1) d’action dont une extrémité porte une poignée (2) qu’un opérateur saisit et à l’autre extrémité de laquelle est formé un axe central (3) de rotation, d’une unité (4) de détection qui détecte l’amplitude de rotation de l’axe central (3) de rotation, et d’une partie (50) de retenue qui immobilise la manette (1) d’action et empêche le rappel de la manette; de plus, l’unité (4) de détection et la partie (50) de retenue du dispositif de manette électrique sont disposées sur une surface perpendiculaire à l’axe central (3) de rotation de la manette (1) d’action, à savoir la surface verticale par rapport à la surface (S) de fixation du dispositif de manette électrique, et un mécanisme (6) d’indexage est installé entre l’axe central (3) de rotation et la poignée (2). Le mécanisme (6) d’indexage comprend : un trou débouchant (11) formé dans la direction de l’axe (C1) de la manette (1) d’action; un ressort hélicoïdal (12) de détente inséré dans le trou débouchant (11); une partie (10) de compression dotée de billes (13a, 13b) placées à chaque extrémité du ressort hélicoïdal (12) de détente et générant un effort de compression dans la direction de l’axe (C1); et une partie (20) de guidage qui guide le mouvement de l’axe (C1) dans la direction circonférentielle et qui modifie l’effort de compression en modifiant la largeur de guidage dans la direction de l’axe (C1), exerçant une charge sur le mouvement de la manette (1) d’action conjointement à l’effort de traction d’un ressort hélicoïdal (30) de torsion.

 一端に操作者が把持する取手2を有し、他端に操作レバー1の回転中心軸3が形成された操作レバー1と、回転中心軸3の回転量を検出する検出部4と、操作レバー1を固定し、戻りを防止する保持部50と、を備え、当該電気レバー装置の取付面Sに対して垂直な面であって操作レバー1の回転中心軸3に垂直な面に検出部4と保持部50とを配置した電気レバー装置であって、回転中心軸3と取手2との間にデテント機構6を設ける。デテント機構6は、操作レバー1の軸C1方向に形成された貫通孔11と、貫通孔11内に内挿される伸張コイルバネ12と、伸張コイルバネ12の両端に設けられた球13a,13bとを有して軸C1方向に押圧力を発生する押圧部10と、軸C1の周方向への移動を案内するとともに、軸C1方向の案内幅を変えて前記押圧力を変化させ、捻りコイルバネ30の引っ張り力とともに操作レバー1の移動に負荷を与えるガイド部20と、を有する。
