Disclosed is a polyarylene sulfide resin composition containing 100 parts by mass of a polyarylene sulfide resin (A), 0.1-8 parts by mass of a metal fine particulate (B) containing at least one metal type selected from a group comprised of copper, nickel and zinc, and 0.1-5 parts by mass of a thermoplastic elastomer (C); further disclosed is a fluid pipe material obtained by forming said resin composition. This fluid pipe material has high hardness at low temperatures, suppresses damage and rupturing of the pipe due to freezing, and resists creep deformation at high temperatures, and thus is useful as a water supply pipe, a water heater pipe, and the like in cold climates.

L’invention concerne une composition de résine de sulfure de polyarylène qui contient 100 parties en masse d’une résine de sulfure de polyarylène (A), 0,1 à 8 parties en masse de fines particules métalliques (B) contenant au moins un type de métal choisi dans un groupe constitué par le cuivre, le nickel et le zinc, et 0,1 à 5 parties en masse d’un élastomère thermoplastique (C). L’invention concerne également un matériau de tuyau pour fluides obtenu par façonnage de ladite composition de résine. Ce matériau de tuyau pour fluides présente une dureté élevée aux températures basses, permet d’éliminer les endommagements et les ruptures de tuyau dus au gel, et résiste à la déformation par fluage aux températures élevées. Il est par conséquent utile en tant que tuyau pour l’alimentation en eau, en tant que tuyau pour chauffe-eau et analogues dans les climats froids.

 ポリアリーレンスルフィド樹脂(A)100質量部、銅、ニッケル及び亜鉛からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つの金属種を含む金属微粒子(B)0.1~8質量部及び熱可塑性エラストマー(C)0.1~5質量部を含有するポリアリーレンスルフィド樹脂組成物及び該樹脂組成物を成形して得られる流体配管部材を提供する。この流体配管部材は、低温での靱性が高く氷結による配管の破損、破裂が抑制され、かつ高温においてもクリープ変形の生じにくいことから、寒冷地の上水道の配管、給湯器の配管等に有用である。
