Abstract

Provided is a technique for achieving the thickness reduction, higher-intensity illumination, and uniform high brightness of a key module of a portable device at low cost. A key module of a portable device is provided with a key top (6) which is pressed by an operator, a substrate (2) on which an electric contact (7) is disposed, a dome (4) which comes into contact with the electric contact (7) and generates a signal when the key top (6) is pressed, a dome sheet (5) which covers the dome (4), and a light guide plate (1) which is disposed on the key top (6) side of the dome sheet (5), propagates light from an LED module (3) therethrough, and emits the light from an emission surface on the key top (6) side.  The light guide plate (1) is formed by printing a white-ink dot pattern on the surface on the substrate (2) side of a base material produced from a thermosetting urethane resin by ink jetting, and a projecting portion (1a) produced from resin or rubber is formed in a portion facing the electric contact (7) and the dome (4) of the base material by coating.

L'invention porte sur une technique pour obtenir une réduction d'épaisseur, un éclairement d'intensité supérieure et une luminance élevée uniforme d'un module de touche d'un dispositif portable à bas coût. Un module de touche d'un dispositif portable comporte un dessus de touche (6) qui est pressé par un opérateur, un substrat (2) sur lequel un contact électrique (7) est disposé, un dôme (4) qui vient en contact avec le contact électrique (7) et génère un signal lorsque le dessus de touche (6) est pressé, une feuille de dôme (5) qui recouvre le dôme (4), et une plaque de guidage de lumière (1) qui est disposée sur le côté dessus de touche (6) de la feuille de dôme (5), propage de la lumière provenant du module de DEL (3) à travers celle-ci, et émet la lumière à partir d'une surface d'émission sur le côté dessus de touche (6). La plaque de guidage de lumière (1) est formée par impression d'un motif de point à encre blanche sur la surface sur le côté de substrat (2) d'un matériau de base fabriqué à partir d'une résine d'uréthane thermodurcissable par jet d'encre, et une partie en saillie (1a) fabriquée à partir d'une résine ou de caoutchouc est formée dans une partie opposée au contact électrique (7) et au dôme (4) du matériau de base, par dépôt en revêtement.
