Abstract

The crude oil pretreatment system of the present invention for removing sludge contained in crude oil comprises: a centrifugal separator (12) for receiving crude oil containing sludge, and stirring and rotating the crude oil in the internal space thereof, thereby separating the crude oil into a sludge component with a relatively higher specific gravity and a crude oil component with a relatively lower specific gravity, and discharging the sludge component and the crude oil component; a sludge oil recovery means for pressing the sludge discharged from the centrifugal separator and recovering the oil remaining in the sludge; and a crude oil storage tank for receiving and storing the discharged crude oil from which sludge has been removed by the centrifugal separator, and the oil that has been recovered by the sludge oil recovery means and then discharged. The present invention enables the sludge contained in crude oil and various petrochemical products to be removed in advance and only the crude oil with low sludge contents to be loaded into a tanker or stored in a crude oil storage tank, thereby preventing problems caused by sludge in the subsequent processes of transportation, storage, and refining.

L'invention concerne un système de prétraitement de pétrole brut destiné à extraire des boues contenues dans du pétrole brut, comprenant un séparateur centrifuge (12) destiné à recevoir des boues contenant le pétrole brut, à agiter et à faire tourner le pétrole brut dans l'espace interne du séparateur, ce qui permet de séparer le pétrole brut en un composant de boue présentant une densité relativement élevée et un composant de pétrole brut présentant une densité relativement faible, et à décharger le composant de boue et le composant de pétrole brut; un moyen d'extraction de pétrole restant dans les boues destiné à comprimer les boues déchargées des séparateurs centrifuges et à extraire le pétrole restant dans les boues; et un réservoir de stockage de pétrole brut destiné à recevoir et à stocker le pétrole brut déchargé dont les boues ont été retirées par les séparateurs centrifuges et le pétrole brut qui a été extrait par le moyen d'extraction de pétrole brut, puis déchargé. L'invention permet aux boues contenues dans le pétrole brut et à des produits pétrochimiques variés d'être extraits à l'avance et de charger seulement le pétrole brut présentant une faible teneur en boues dans le réservoir ou de le stocker dans un réservoir de stockage de pétrole brut, ce qui permet d'éviter les problèmes provoqués par les boues dans les processus ultérieurs de transport, de stockage et de raffinage.

본 발명에 따른 원유 속에 포함된 슬러지를 제거하는 원유 전처리 시스템은, 슬러지가 포함된 원유를 받아들여 내부 공간 안에서 교반 및 회전시킴으로써 상대적으로 비중이 큰 슬러지 성분과 상대적으로 비중이 작게 된 원유 성분으로 분리 배출하는 원심분리기(12); 상기 원심분리기에서 배출된 슬러지를 압착하여 상기 슬러지 중에 잔존하는 오일을 회수하는 슬러지 오일 회수수단; 및 상기 원심분리기에서 슬러지가 제거되어 배출된 원유와 상기 슬러지 오일 회수수단에서 회수되어 배출된 오일을 이송받아 저장하는 원유저장탱크;를 포함한다. 본 발명은 원유 및 각종 석유류 관련 제품 속에 함유되어 있는 슬러지를 사전에 미리 제거하여 슬러지 함량이 적은 원유만을 유조선에 선적하거나 원유저장탱크에 저장하도록 함으로써 이후의 원유의 운반, 저장 및 정유 과정에서 슬러지로 인한 문제가 발생하지 않도록 예방할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
