Ultrasonic vibration is outputted from an output surface (332) of an ultrasonic horn (330) to a predetermined region (60) of each of a first web (10A) and a second web (20A) to join the predetermined regions (60) together.  The output surface (332) is provided with a center output section (332A) which is located at the center region (60C) of the three regions formed by equally dividing the predetermined region (60) into three, and also with opposite-end output sections (332B) which are located at the regions (60S) on both sides of the center region (60C).  The maximum amplitude of the ultrasonic vibration at the center outputted from the center output section (332A) is smaller than the maximum amplitude of ultrasonic vibration at opposite ends outputted from the opposite-end output sections (332B).  The joint strength at the center region (60C) is lower than the joint strength at the regions (60S).

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication selon lequel une vibration ultrasonore est émise à partir d'une surface de sortie (332) d'un émetteur d'ultrasons (330) vers une zone prédéterminée (60) d'une première bande continue (10A) et d'une seconde bande continue (20a) pour relier les zones prédéterminées (60). La surface de sortie (332) présente une section de sortie centrale (332A) qui est située au niveau de la zone centrale (60C) des trois zones formées par une division de la zone prédéterminée (60) en trois parties égales, et également des sections de sortie d'extrémités opposées (332B) qui sont situées au niveau des zones (60S) de part et d'autre de la zone centrale (60C). L'amplitude maximale de la vibration ultrasonore au centre émise à partir de la section de sortie centrale (332A) est inférieure à l'amplitude maximale de la vibration ultrasonore aux extrémités opposées émise à partir des sections de sortie d'extrémités opposées (332B). La résistance de la liaison au niveau de la zone centrale (60C) est inférieure à la résistance de la liaison au niveau des zones (60S).

 本発明では、第1ウェブ10A及び第2ウェブ20Aの所定領域60に、超音波振動を超音波ホーン330の出力面332から出力することによって所定領域60を接合する。出力面332は、所定領域60が3等分されたうちの中央領域60Cにおける中央出力部332Aと、中央領域60Cの両端領域60Sにおける両端出力部332Bとを有する。中央出力部332Aから出力される超音波振動の中央最大振幅は、両端出力部332Bから出力される超音波振動の端部最大振幅よりも小さい。中央領域60Cの中央接合強度は、両端領域60Sの端部接合強度よりも小さい。
