Abstract

The peripheral edge at the rear edge of a propeller fan (3), which is driven by a motor (6) serving as a propeller fan driver, is covered with a bell-mouth (4). Multiple plates, namely, a top plate (8), a bottom plate (9), and side plates (10) which constitute an intake-side air duct on the outside of the propeller fan in the radial direction, and a machine room plate (11) are provided. In the cross-section of the bell-mouth at the position where the blades of the propeller fan are closest front to back at a position on the plates where the distance between the propeller fan and the plates that constitute the air duct on the outside in the radial direction is relatively small, the widening angle (θ1) of the bell-mouth on the intake-side is set smaller, and the height (Hb) of overlap of the propeller fan and the bell-mouth is set higher, than those in the cross-section at the position where the distance between the propeller fan and the plates is relatively large, and the cross-sectional shape of the bell-mouth is changed gradually between the two positions.

Le bord périphérique sur le bord arrière d’un ventilateur hélicoïdal (3), qui est entraîné par un moteur (6) utilisé comme un dispositif de commande de ventilateur hélicoïdal, est recouvert d’un pavillon (4). Des plaques multiples, à savoir une plaque supérieure (8), une plaque inférieure (9) et des plaques latérales (10) qui constituent un conduit d’air côté admission sur l’extérieur du ventilateur hélicoïdal dans la direction radiale, ainsi qu’une plaque du compartiment machine (11), sont prévues. Dans la section transversale du pavillon, dans une position où les pales du ventilateur hélicoïdal sont les plus proches d’avant en arrière en une position sur les plaques où la distance entre le ventilateur hélicoïdal et les plaques qui constituent le conduit d’air sur l’extérieur dans la direction radiale est relativement petite, l’angle d’élargissement (θ1) du pavillon côté admission est réglé de manière à être inférieur, et la hauteur (Hb) de chevauchement du ventilateur hélicoïdal et du pavillon est réglée de manière à être supérieure, par rapport à l’angle et à la hauteur dans la section transversale dans la position où la distance entre le ventilateur hélicoïdal et les plaques est relativement importante, et la forme de section transversale du pavillon est modifiée progressivement d’une position à l’autre.

 プロペラファン駆動装置であるモータ6によって回転駆動されるプロペラファン3の後縁側外周縁をベルマウス4で覆い、プロペラファンの径方向外側に吸込み側の風路を構成する複数の板である上板8、下板9、横板10及び機械室板11を有し、プロペラファンと径方向外側の風路を構成する板との距離が相対的に狭い板の位置でプロペラファンの翼が最も近づく前後の位置のベルマウス断面が、プロペラファンと板との距離が相対的に広い位置の断面に対して、ベルマウス吸込み側の拡大角度θ1を小さく、プロペラファンとベルマウスとの重なり高さHbを大きくし、両者の間のベルマウス断面形状をなだらかに変化させるようにしたものである。
