Provided are a bonding apparatus and a bonding method wherein a constant pressurizing force can be maintained by a simple configuration, even if the position of a driving section is varied.  The bonding apparatus has: a pressurizing head (52) which urges one work (S2); a vacuum chamber (51) which hermetically closes a space wherein works (S1, S2) area bonded together by means of the pressurizing head (52); a depressurizing pump (55) which is connected to the vacuum chamber (51) and is capable of bringing the inside of the vacuum chamber into a vacuum state; a driving section (54) which is supported by the vacuum chamber (51) and applies a pressurizing force to the pressurizing head (52); a sensor (56) which detects the position of the pressurizing head (52); and a control apparatus (6) which controls a pressurizing force to be applied by means of the driving section (54) based on the pressurizing head (52) position detected by the sensor (56).

Appareil et procédé de collage où une force constante de pressurisation peut être maintenue au moyen d’une configuration simple même si on fait varier la position d’une section d’actionnement. L’appareil de collage comprend : une tête (52) de pressurisation qui sollicite une pièce (S2) ; une chambre (51) à vide qui ferme hermétiquement un espace où des pièces (S1, S2) sont collées les unes aux autres au moyen de la tête (52) de pressurisation ; une pompe (55) de dépressurisation reliée à la chambre (51) à vide et capable d’amener l’intérieur de la chambre à vide à un état de vide ; une section (54) d’actionnement qui est portée par la chambre (51) à vide et applique une force de pressurisation à la tête (52) de pressurisation ; un capteur(56) détectant la position de la tête (52) de pressurisation ; et un appareil (6) de régulation qui régule une force de pressurisation à appliquer au moyen de la section (54) d’actionnement sur la base de la position de la tête (52) de pressurisation détectée par le capteur (56).

簡素な構成で、駆動部の位置が変動しても、一定の加圧力を維持することができる貼合装置及び貼合方法を提供する。一方のワークS2を付勢する加圧ヘッド52と、加圧ヘッド52によってワークS1,S2を貼り合わせる空間を密閉する真空チャンバ51と、真空チャンバ51に接続され、その内部を真空引き可能な減圧ポンプ55と、真空チャンバ51に支持され、加圧ヘッド52に加圧力を加える駆動部54と、加圧ヘッド52の位置を検出するセンサ56と、センサ56により検出された加圧ヘッド52の位置に基づいて、駆動部54による加圧力を制御する制御装置6とを有する。
