A drive device for a vehicle, having an engine power disengaging clutch mounted in a lockup clutch-equipped fluid power transmitting device, wherein controllability and torque transmission capacities of both the clutches are increased, the amount of heat generation of friction materials when the clutches are engaged is reduced, the drive device allows a fluid drive device to be configured without an increase in the size thereof, and the drive device is configured without an increase in the size thereof.  The lockup clutch and the engine power disengaging clutch are respectively formed as multi-plate clutches having actuators.  Friction plates of the lockup clutch are provided on the outer diameter side of a torus.  The engine power disengaging clutch is formed to have a smaller diameter than the lockup clutch.  The engine power disengaging clutch is provided in a torque converter.  On the outer diameter side of the engine power disengaging clutch, a motor generator is mounted overlapping axially the friction plates of the engine power disengaging clutch.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'entraînement pour véhicule, ayant un embrayage de séparation de puissance moteur monté dans un dispositif de transmission hydraulique équipé d'un embrayage de verrouillage, les capacités de transmission de couple et l’aptitude à la commande des deux embrayages étant augmentées, la quantité de génération de chaleur des matériaux de frottement lorsque les embrayages sont enclenchés étant réduite, le dispositif d'entraînement permettant à un dispositif d'entraînement hydraulique d'être configuré sans que la taille de ce dernier n’augmente, et le dispositif d'entraînement étant configuré sans que sa taille n’augmente. L'embrayage de verrouillage et l'embrayage de séparation de puissance moteur sont respectivement formés en tant qu’embrayages multidisques comportant des actionneurs. Des disques de frottement de l'embrayage de verrouillage sont disposés sur le côté diamètre externe d'un tore. L'embrayage de séparation de puissance moteur est formé de manière à avoir un diamètre inférieur à celui de l'embrayage de verrouillage. L'embrayage de séparation de puissance moteur est disposé dans un convertisseur de couple. Sur le côté diamètre externe de l'embrayage de séparation de puissance moteur, un groupe moteur-générateur est monté chevauchant axialement les disques de frottement de l'embrayage de séparation de puissance moteur.

 本発明は、エンジン動力遮断クラッチをロックアップクラッチ付流体伝動装置内に配置する駆動装置において、両クラッチの制御性と伝達トルク容量を向上させるとともに、クラッチ係合時の摩擦材の発熱量を低減させつつ流体駆動装置の大型化、ひいては駆動装置の大型化を抑制することができる車両用駆動装置であって、ロックアップクラッチ及びエンジン動力遮断クラッチのそれぞれを、アクチュエータを備える多板式クラッチとし、ロックアップクラッチの摩擦板をトーラスの外径側に配置するとともに、エンジン動力遮断クラッチをロックアップクラッチよりも小径に構成して、エンジン動力遮断クラッチをトルクコンバータ内に設ける。また、エンジン動力遮断クラッチの外径側において、モータ・ジェネレータをエンジン動力遮断クラッチの摩擦板と軸方向でオーバーラップさせて配置する。
