If any one of a plurality of connection apparatuses used for connecting communication terminals to a network determines, based on resource information indicating the status of usage of the resources of the connection apparatus and further based on a predetermined threshold value, that the connection apparatus is in congestion, then the connection apparatus notifies that effect to an authentication server that performs authentication of the communication terminals.  The authentication server then assigns, as connection apparatuses used for connecting the communication terminals to the network, the ones of the plurality of connection apparatuses other than the connection apparatus having notified that the connection apparatus is in congestion.

Selon l'invention, si l'un quelconque d'une pluralité d'appareils de connexion utilisés pour connecter des terminaux de communication à un réseau détermine, sur la base d'informations de ressource indiquant l'état d'utilisation des ressources de l'appareil de connexion et sur la base en outre d'une valeur seuil prédéterminée, que l'appareil de connexion est en congestion, alors l'appareil de connexion le notifie à un serveur d'authentification qui effectue une authentification des terminaux de communication. Le serveur d'authentification attribue alors, en tant qu'appareils de connexion utilisés pour connecter les terminaux de communication au réseau, ceux de la pluralité d'appareils de connexion autres que l'appareil de connexion ayant notifié que l'appareil de connexion est en congestion.

通信端末とネットワークとを接続する複数の接続装置が、当該接続装置のリソースの使用状況を示すリソース情報とあらかじめ設定された閾値とに基づいて、当該接続装置が輻輳状態であると判別した場合、その旨を、通信端末の認証を行う認証サーバへ通知し、認証サーバが、複数の接続装置のうち、輻輳状態であることを通知してきた接続装置以外の接続装置を通信端末とネットワークとを接続する接続装置に割り当てる。
