Title (EN) GENE EXPRESSION RELATED TO PREECLAMPSIA
(FR) EXPRESSION DE GÈNES ASSOCIÉE À LA PRÉ-ÉCLAMPSIE
Abstract: front page image
(EN)Gene expression patterns contemporaneous with early placental development in the first trimester of preeclamptic versus unaffected pregnancies have been obtained. Observation of differences in these gene expression patterns has allowed the identification of biomarkers that are useful in predicting and monitoring preeclampsia. These biomarkers are also useful in screening potential therapeutics for efficacy in the prevention or treatment of preeclampsia.
