(EN)A process for the preparation of a multi-compartment lipid implant for administration by injection, among others, which consists in that a molten solid lipid is dispersed in the aqueous phase and/or with an active substance at a temperature of 45—85°C, wherein a necessary component is a surfactant, and, subsequently, the system is cooled to a temperature of 4°C, whereupon the system forms a gel and a concentrate of lipid microspheres forms.
(FR)L'invention porte entre autres sur un procédé de préparation d'un implant lipidique à compartiments multiples pour administration par injection, qui consiste en ce qu'un lipide solide fondu soit dispersé dans la phase aqueuse et/ou avec une substance active à une température de 45 à 85°C, un composant nécessaire étant un agent tensio-actif et le système étant ultérieurement refroidi à une température de 4°C, le système formant ensuite un gel et un concentré sous forme de microsphères lipidiques.
