(EN)The present invention deals with a food waste treatment machine and method for controlling same, and more specifically with a food waste treatment machine that dries and treats food waste placed in its drying part under control of its central control part, having a configuration comprising (1) an intake control part that controls the supply of external air to said drying part under control of said central control part; (2) an intake/exhaust circulation part that is intended to supply, circulate, and exhaust air to said drying part; (3) a heat transfer part that heats the air supplied by said intake/exhaust circulation part or heats the external air that has passed through said intake control part; (4) an exhaust control part that controls whether to expel the air expelled from said intake/exhaust circulation part, under control of said central control part; and (5) an air flow induction part that induces the flow direction of air passing through said intake control part, said intake/exhaust circulation part, said heat transfer part, and said exhaust control part. According to the food waste treatment machine and method for controlling same of the present invention, by freely controlling air flow in the food waste treatment machine with the intake control part, exhaust control part, and air circulation control part and streamlining the structure of the air flow induction part, energy losses in the air flow process and the overall working time can be reduced, thus greatly reducing power consumption and, in addition, the backflow of introduced air can be prevented and odor emission can be blocked. In addition, by supplying air to the bottom of the drying part using the intake blow part, the rate of exchange of external air and internal air can be elevated and the time required for this exchange can be reduced, so that drying and operation efficiencies may be greatly improved and power consumption substantially reduced.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un appareil de traitement de déchets de cuisine et un procédé de commande de l'appareil. Elle concerne plus particulièrement un appareil de traitement de déchets de cuisine qui sèche et traite les déchets de cuisine placés dans son compartiment de séchage sous la commande de son module de commande central. Dans sa configuration, l'appareil comprend: 1) un module de commande d'admission qui commande l'admission d'air extérieur dans le compartiment de séchage sous la commande du module de commande central; 2) un module de circulation d'air d'admission et d'évacuation qui commande l'admission, la circulation et l'évacuation de l'air du compartiment de séchage; 3) un module de transfert de chaleur qui chauffe l'air apporté par le module de circulation d'air d'admission et d'évacuation, ou chauffe l'air extérieur passant par le module de commande d'admission; 4) un module de commande d'évacuation qui commande la sortie de l'air évacué du module de circulation d'air d'admission et d'évacuation sous la commande du module de commande central; et 5) un module d'induction d'écoulement d'air qui détermine le sens d'écoulement de l'air passant par le module de commande d'admission, le module de circulation d'air d'admission et d'évacuation, le module de transfert de chaleur et le module de commande d'évacuation. En outre, l'envoi d'air vers la partie inférieure du compartiment de séchage à l'aide du module de soufflerie d'admission permet d'augmenter le taux d'échange d'air extérieur et d'air intérieur et de réduire le temps nécessaire pour cet échange, ce qui améliore considérablement l'efficacité de séchage et de fonctionnement et réduit fortement la consommation d'énergie.
(KO)본 발명은 음식물 쓰레기 처리기 및 그 제어 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 중앙 제어부에서의 제어에 따라 건조부에 담긴 음식물 쓰레기를 건조시켜 처리하도록 하는 음식물 쓰레기 처리기에 있어서, (1) 상기 중앙 제어부에서의 제어에 따라, 외부 공기의 상기 건조부로의 공급 여부를 제어하는 흡기 제어부; (2) 상기 건조부로의 공기에 대한 공급, 순환 및 배출을 위한 흡배기 순환부; (3) 상기 흡배기 순환부에 의해 공급된 공기를 가열하거나 상기 흡기 제어부를 통과한 외부 공기를 가열하는 전열부; (4) 상기 중앙 제어부에서의 제어에 따라, 상기 흡배기 순환부에서 배출된 공기의 배출 여부를 제어하는 배기 제어부; 및 (5) 상기 흡기 제어부, 상기 흡배기 순환부, 상기 전열부, 및 상기 배기 제어부를 통과하는 공기에 대한 흐름의 방향을 유도하는 공기 흐름 유도부를 포함하는 것을 그 구성상의 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 음식물 쓰레기 처리기 및 그 제어 방법에 따르면, 흡기 제어부, 배기 제어부, 순환 공기 제어부를 통해 음식물 쓰레기 처리기 내의 공기 흐름을 자유롭게 제어하고 공기 흐름 유도부의 구조를 간단하게 함으로써, 공기 흐름 과정에서의 에너지 손실 및 전체 작업 시간을 줄여 소비 전력을 대폭 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 유입된 공기의 역류 방지 및 악취 유출을 차단할 수 있다. 또한, 흡기 송풍부에 의해 건조부의 하부까지 공기를 공급함으로써, 외부 공기와 내부 공기의 교체율을 높이고 교체에 소요되는 시간을 줄여 건조 및 작동 효율을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있어 소비 전력을 크게 줄일 수 있다.
