(EN)This invention relates to a negative stiffness mechanism that is attached to an existing manual vibration isolation system having a main spring which is connected between a first object (mass) and a second object (support) to isolate the vibration transmitted between each other by the relative movement between said first and second objects, wherein said negative stiffness mechanism is installed perpendicular to the relative movement of said first and second objects in translation to said first and second objects, and still maintains the stiffness of the main spring while lowering the potential energy of the overall system change, thereby improving the vibration isolation effect. This negative stiffness mechanism has a simple system structure since it consists of a linear auxiliary spring and a link, and thus it is easy to install in an existing system without much cost. According to the disclosed vibration isolation system of the present invention, the unique vibration frequency of said vibration isolation system is maintained at minimum (0–1Hz), and thus effectively isolates the impact or vibration transmitted to said first and second objects. Thus, the vibration isolation system proves comfortable ride to the driver and/or passengers of a vehicle and can help to maintain the accuracy of the mechanical systems of the vehicle.
(FR)L'invention concerne un dispositif de rigidité négative fixé à un système d'isolation de vibrations manuel existant, avec un ressort principal qui relie un premier objet (masse) et un deuxième objet (support), et isolant les vibrations mutuelles dues au mouvement relatif existant entre le premier et le deuxième objet. Le dispositif de rigidité négative est monté perpendiculairement au mouvement relatif entre le premier et le deuxième objet, en translation relativement au premier et au deuxième objet, et il maintient la rigidité du ressort principal tout en diminuant l'énergie potentielle d'un changement de système global, améliorant ainsi l'effet d'isolation de vibrations. Ce dispositif de rigidité négative présente une structure de système simple, étant composé d'un ressort linéaire auxiliaire et d'une liaison, son installation dans un système existant étant ainsi aisée et peu coûteuse. Selon le système d'isolation de vibrations de l'invention, la fréquence de vibration unique dudit système est maintenue à un minimum (0 - 1Hz), isolant de manière efficace l'impact ou la vibration sur le premier et le deuxième objet. La présente invention fournit ainsi un confort de conduite au pilote et/ou aux passagers d'un véhicule et elle peut également contribuer à maintenir la précision de systèmes mécaniques d'un véhicule.
(KO)본 발명은, 제1대상체(질량)와 제2대상체(지지대)의 사이에 연결되어 상기 제1대상체와 제2대상체 사이의 상대운동에 의해 서로 간에 전달되는 진동을 절연시키는 메인 스프링이 구비된 기존 수동식 진동 절연 시스템에 추가 설치하는 부강성 장치에 있어서, 상기 제1대상체와 제2대상체의 사이의 메인 스프링과 병진으로 제1,제2 대상체의 상대운동 방향과 직각 방향으로 설치되어 메인 스프링의 강성을 그대로 유지하면서 전체시스템의 변위에 대한 위치에너지의 변화율을 낮추어 진동 절연 효과를 상승시키는 부강성 장치에 관한 것이다. 이 부강성 장치는 선형의 보조 스프링과 링크로 구성되어 시스템의 구성이 간단하여 기존시스템에 장착이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 비용이 아주 적게 든다는 것이 특징이다. 개시된 본 발명의 진동 절연 시스템에 따르면, 상기 진동 절연 시스템의 고유 진동수가 최저(0~1Hz)로 유지하도록 구성되어, 제1, 제2 대상체에 전달되는 충격 또는 진동을 효과적으로 절연시키므로, 차량의 운전자나 탑승자에게 안정된 승차감을 제공하거나, 기계 시스템의 세밀한 정밀도를 유지할 수 있다.
