(EN)To develop a method for patterning a biocompatible polymer, which inhibits the non-specific adsorption of a biological material, on a substrate including the inside of a channel of a microchannel device at a high accuracy of the micron level. Provided is a method for patterning a biocompatible polymer.  The method for patterning a biocompatible polymer comprises a step for forming a layer of the biocompatible polymer, a step for forming a rein layer on the biocompatible polymer layer, a step for forming a spot in which the biocompatible polymer layer and the resin layer have been removed and thus the substrate is exposed, and a step for removing the resin layer.  Also provided is a construct and a microchannel device comprising a substrate, a biocompatible polymer layer having been patterned by the aforesaid method and the aforesaid spot.

(JA) 生物学的材料の非特異性吸着を抑制する生体適合性ポリマーを、マイクロ流路デバイスの流路内を含む基板上でミクロンオーダーの高精度でパターンニングする方法を開発すること。  本発明は生体適合性ポリマーのパターンニング方法を提供する。前記生体適合性ポリマーのパターンニング方法は、生体適合性ポリマーの層を形成するステップと、前記生体適合性ポリマーの層の上に樹脂の層を形成するステップと、前記生体適合性ポリマーの層と樹脂の層とが除去されて基板が露出した、スポットを形成するステップと、前記樹脂の層を除去するステップとを含む。本発明は、基板と、本発明の方法によってパターンニングされた生体適合性ポリマーの層及び前記スポットとを含む、構造体及びマイクロ流路デバイスを提供する。
