Abstract
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’une résine absorbant l’eau qui ne nécessite pas de modification de la matière première ou d’investissements coûteux en installations, et qui améliore et stabilise les propriétés de la résine absorbant l’eau, telles que la perméabilité aux liquides, par une technique simple. Le procédé de fabrication d’une résine absorbant l’eau comprend une étape de polymérisation lors de laquelle une solution aqueuse (d’un sel) d’acide acrylique est polymérisée pour obtenir un polymère réticulé de type gel aqueux, une étape de séchage lors de laquelle le polymère réticulé de type gel aqueux est séché pour obtenir une poudre de résine absorbant l’eau, une étape de classification lors de laquelle la poudre de résine absorbant l’eau est classifiée et une étape de réticulation en surface lors de laquelle la poudre de résine absorbant l’eau est réticulée en surface avant ou après l’étape de classification, et est caractérisé en ce qu’une neutralisation électrique est réalisée lors de l’étape de classification.
(JA)  吸水性樹脂の製造において、原料の変更や高額な設備投資をあえて必要とせずに、簡便な手法で、吸水性樹脂の物性、例えば通液性を向上および安定させる。  アクリル酸(塩)水溶液を重合して含水ゲル状架橋重合体を得る重合工程と、前記含水ゲル状架橋重合体を乾燥して吸水性樹脂粉末を得る乾燥工程と、前記吸水性樹脂粉末を分級する分級工程と、前記分級工程の前または後に前記吸水性樹脂粉末を表面架橋する表面架橋工程と、を含む吸水性樹脂の製造方法であって、前記分級工程で除電することを特徴とする。
