Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides a light-emitting device which includes, in the order mentioned, a light-emitting layer containing a light-emitting portion, an intermediate layer, and a fine concavo-convex pattern, wherein the intermediate layer is disposed over a second surface of the light-emitting layer which surface is opposite to a first surface of the light-emitting layer, wherein the fine concavo-convex pattern has a cross-sectional shape which has portions projected and recessed with respect to the light-emitting layer, and reflects light emitted from the light-emitting layer, and wherein at least part of the intermediate layer has a refractive index of 0.9n to 1.1n, where n denotes a refractive index of the light-emitting portion with respect to light which has a main light-emitting wavelength.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent qui comprend, dans l’ordre : une couche électroluminescente comportant une partie électroluminescente, une couche intermédiaire et une configuration concavo-convexe fine. La couche intermédiaire est disposée sur une seconde surface de la couche électroluminescente, cette seconde surface étant opposée à la première. La configuration concavo-convexe fine présente en coupe transversale des parties saillantes et des parties creuses par rapport à la couche électroluminescente, et elle réfléchit la lumière émise par cette dernière. Au moins une partie de la couche intermédiaire a un indice de réfraction de 0,9 n à 1,1 n, n désignant l’indice de réfraction de la partie électroluminescente par rapport à la lumière qui a une longueur d’onde d’émission de lumière principale.
