Abstract
(EN) Provided is a toner cartridge which can prevent leakage of toner by sealing a gap which appears when a lid is superimposed over a housing certainly, and also provided is a method for recycling same. A toner cartridge (10) attached to an image formation apparatus and supplying toner thereto comprises a housing (11) equipped with a section (16) for containing toner, and a lid (12) covering the section (16) for containing toner of the housing (11), wherein the first adhesive (31) of sealant (15) which is provided, on the opposite sides of a substrate (32), with the adhesive (31, 33) is stuck to the outer circumferential surface at a portion (14) where the lid (12) is superimposed over the housing (11), and a release paper (34) is stuck to the second adhesive (33) thus sealing the superimposed portion (14).
(FR) La présente invention porte sur une cartouche de toner qui peut empêcher la fuite du toner en rendant hermétique un espace qui apparaît lorsqu'un couvercle est superposé de manière certaine sur un logement, et porte également sur un procédé de recyclage de la cartouche. Une cartouche de toner (10) fixée à un appareil de formation d'image et alimentant celui-ci en toner comprend un logement (11) équipé d'une section (16) destinée à contenir du toner, et un couvercle (12) recouvrant la section (16) destinée à contenir le toner du logement (11). Le premier adhésif (31) du produit d'étanchéité (16) qui est disposé, sur les côtés opposés d'un substrat (32), avec l'adhésif (31, 33), est collé à la surface circonférentielle externe au niveau d'une partie (14) où le couvercle (14) est superposé sur le logement (11), et un intercalaire (34) est collé au second adhésif (33), rendant ainsi hermétique la partie superposée (14).
(JA)  本発明は、ハウジングと蓋とを重ね合わせて生じる隙間を確実に封止し、トナー漏れを防止することができるトナーカートリッジ及びそのリサイクル方法を提供する。画像形成装置に装着され、画像形成装置にトナーを供給するトナーカートリッジ10において、トナーを収容するトナー収容部16を備えるハウジング11と、ハウジング11のトナー収容部16を覆う蓋12と、を備え、ハウジング11と蓋12とが重なり合った重ね合わせ部14の外周面に、基材32の両面に粘着材31,33を設けたシール材15の第1粘着材31が貼り付けられ、第2粘着材33に剥離紙34が貼り付けられて、重ね合わせ部14が封止されている。
