(EN)Disclosed is a process for producing an isocyanate compound.  The process is characterized by comprising reacting a nitro group in a nitro compound with carbon monoxide by using a complex or mixture of a compound of a metal belonging to the platinum group and a heteroaromatic cyclic nitrogen compound as a catalyst in the presence of a solvent in a reaction system utilizing carbon dioxide as a reaction medium, thereby synthesizing an isocyanate compound having an isocyanate group.  Also disclosed is a production apparatus which can be used for the method.  The process and the production apparatus enable the production of an isocyanate compound from a corresponding nitro compound and carbon monoxide under mild carbon monoxide pressure/temperature conditions with high efficiency.

(JA) 本発明は、溶媒存在下、二酸化炭素を反応媒体とする反応系において、触媒として白金族金属化合物とヘテロ芳香環式窒素化合物との錯体又は混合物を用いて、ニトロ化合物のニトロ基と一酸化炭素とを反応させてイソシアナート基を有するイソシアナート化合物を合成することを特徴とするイソシアナート化合物の製造方法、及びそれに用いる製造装置を提供する。本発明によれば、ニトロ化合物と一酸化炭素とから対応するイソシアナート化合物を、穏和な一酸化炭素圧力・温度条件下でかつ高効率に製造することができる。
