(DE) Hydrostatische Profilschienenführung, mit einem Führungswagen (1), der auf einer Führungsschiene (2) hydrostatisch gelagert und im Querschnitt U-förmig ausgebildet ist, und der einen Rücken (13) und zwei Schenkel (14) aufweist, mit denen die Führungsschiene (2) teilweise umgriffen ist, und mit Drucktaschen (15) zum Aufbauen eines hydrostatischen Drucks zwischen der Führungsschiene (2) und dem Führungswagen (1), und mit an die Drucktaschen (15) angeschlossene Spalte (16) für die Hydraulikflüssigkeit, und mit einer Drainage (17) für aus den Spalten (16) austretende Hydraulikflüssigkeit, und mit einer die Drainage (17) umfangenden, zwischen dem Führungswagen (1) und der Führungsschiene (2) wirksam angeordneten Dichtung (18), die Seitenabschnitte und Kopfabschnitte aufweist, wobei zwischen jedem Schenkel (14) des Führungswagens (1) und der Führungsschiene (2) jeweils wenigstens einer der sich entlang der Führungsschiene (2) erstreckenden Seitenabschnitte der Dichtung (18) angeordnet ist, und wobei zu beiden Kopfseiten des Führungswagens (1) jeweils wenigstens einer der Kopfabschnitte der Dichtung (18) quer zur Führungsschiene (2) angeordnet ist, wobei die Seitenabschnitte der Dichtung (18) durch an der Führungsschiene (2) angeordnete Seitendichtungen (19) und die Kopfabschnitte durch an dem Führungswagen (1) angeordnete Kopfdichtungen (18) gebildet sind.
(EN) The invention relates to a hydrostatic profile rail guide comprising a guide carriage (1) which is hydrostatically mounted on a guide rail (2) and has a U-shaped cross-section and which has a back (13) and two limbs (14) that partially encircle the guide rail (2). The profile rail guide further comprises pressure pockets (15) for building up a hydrostatic pressure between the guide rail (2) and the guide carriage (1), gaps (16) for the hydraulic liquid, said gaps being connected to the pressure pockets (15), and a drainage (17) for the hydraulic liquid issued from the gaps (16). A seal (18) is effectively arranged between the guide carriage (1) and the guide rail (2), encircling the drainage (17), and comprises lateral sections and top sections. At least one of the lateral sections of the seal (18) which extends along the guide rail (2) is interposed between every limb (14) of the guide carriage (1) and the guide rail (2). At least one of the top sections of the seal (18) is arranged at a right angle to the guide rail (2) at both top ends of the guide carriage (1), the lateral sections of the seal (18) being formed by lateral seals (19) arranged on the guide rail (2) and the top sections being formed by top seals (18) arranged on the guide carriage (1).
