Abstract
(DE) Die Aufgabe, ein Frontend an einem Fahrzeug, insbesondere Kraftfahrzeug, derart weiterzubilden, dass eine einfachere und kostengünstigere Montage desselben gestattet ist, wird vermittels eines langgestreckten und in Fahrzeugquerrichtung (Y-Richtung) sich erstreckenden sowie beidenends an in Fahrzeughochrichtung (Z-Richtung) weisenden Seitenstegen (3a, 3b) eines Montageträgers (3) abstützenden und einen Deformationsraum (14) zum vom Montageträger (3) gehaltenen Anbauteilen realisierenden crashrelevanten Führungselementes (13) gelöst, das seinerseits ferner der Zentrierung und/oder Befestigung von besagten Anbauteilen des Frontends dient, indem das Führungselement (13) sowohl in Fahrzeugquer- als auch in Fahrzeughochrichtung (Y-, Z-Richtung) variabel am Montageträger (3) festlegbar ist, wodurch eine fugenrelevante Einstellung des Führungselementes (13) als Referenz für benachbarte Anbauteile, wie eine Motorraumklappe (16), die Scheinwerfer (8), den Stoßfängerüberzug, ein Kühlerschutzgitter und/oder andere Anbauteile gestattet ist.
(EN) The object of further improving a front end on a vehicle, particularly a motor vehicle, such that a more simple and cost-effective installation of the front end is enabled, is solved by means of an elongated crash-relevant guide element (13) extending in the vehicle transverse direction (Y direction) and supported on lateral bars (3a, 3b) of a mounting support (3), said bars facing in the vehicle vertical direction (Z direction), and creating a deformation chamber (14) of attachment parts held by the mounting support (3), said crash-relevant guide element in turn providing for the centering and/or mounting of said attachment parts of the front end, in that the guide element (13) may be variably fixed on the mounting support (3) both in the vehicle transverse and in the vehicle vertical direction (Y, Z direction), thus allowing a joint relevant adjustment of the guide element (13) as a reference for adjacent attachment parts, such as an engine hood (16), the headlights (8), the bumper casing, a radiator grill, and/or other attachment parts.
(FR) L'invention vise à perfectionner un bloc avant de véhicule, en particulier de véhicule automobile, de manière à simplifier son montage et à le de rendre moins coûteux. A cet effet, il est prévu un élément de guidage (13) oblong actif en cas de collision, qui s'étend dans le sens transversal du véhicule (direction des Y) et qui s'appuie aux deux extrémités sur des entretoises latérales (3a, 3b) d'un support de montage (3), orientées dans le sens de la hauteur du véhicule (direction des Z) et formant un espace de déformation (14) par rapport aux éléments de montage maintenus par le support de montage (3), l'élément de guidage servant en outre à centrer et/ou fixer lesdits éléments de montage du bloc avant du fait que l'élément de guidage (13) peut être fixé sur le support de montage (3) de manière modulable aussi bien dans le sens transversal que dans le sens de la hauteur du véhicule (direction des Y, direction des Z), ce qui permet d'ajuster la jonction de l'élément de guidage (13) qui sert de référence pour des éléments de montage voisins, par exemple un capot (16) du compartiment moteur, les phares (8), le revêtement du pare-chocs, une calandre et/ou d'autres éléments de montage.
