Abstract
(EN) A vacuum pump comprises an actuator (20) with an actuating shaft (201), a mounting base (21) with a first side being attached to the actuator (20), a pumping device (10) having a pumping ring (28) being attached to a second side of the mounting base opposite to the first side, and a sound-proof cap (34) being attached to an end face of the pumping ring (28) and the pumping device (10) being driven by the actuating shaft penetrating through the mounting base (21). The end face of the pumping ring (28) in the pumping device (10) is covered by a first base plate (31) with a hollow dampening member (33) interposed between an inner surface of the sound-proof cap (34) and a side of the first base plate (31) facing thereto, dividing a space encircled therein into an inner dampening chamber (36) and an outer dampening chamber (37) communicating with each other, the mounting base (21) is formed with an air-intake column (211) for drawing in air into the pumping device (10), the pumping ring (28) is formed with an air discharge port (282), the inner dampening chamber (36) is communicated with the pumping device (10) whereas the outer dampening chamber (37) is communicated with the air discharge port (282). With the vacuum pump, the noise during operation can be reduced greatly, and the heat of the pumped air can be dissipated efficiently.
(FR) L’invention concerne une pompe à vide comprenant un actionneur (20) muni d’un arbre d’actionnement (201), une base de montage (21) dont un premier côté est fixé à l’actionneur (20), un dispositif de pompage (10) présentant une bague de pompage (28) fixée à un second côté de la base de montage opposé au premier côté, ainsi qu’un capot insonorisé (34) fixé à une face d’extrémité de la bague de pompage (28), le dispositif de pompage (10) étant entraîné par l’arbre d’actionnement pénétrant dans la base de montage (21). La face d’extrémité de la bague de pompage (28) dans le dispositif de pompage (10) est recouverte d’une première plaque de base (31), un élément d’amortissement creux (33) étant interposé entre une surface interne du capot insonorisé (34) et un côté de la première plaque de base (31) en regard de celle-ci, divisant un espace cerné à l’intérieur en une chambre d’amortissement interne (36) et une chambre d’amortissement externe (37) communiquant l’une avec l’autre. La base de montage (21) est constituée d’une colonne d’admission d’air (211) destinée à aspirer de l’air dans le dispositif de pompage (10), la bague de pompage (28) étant constituée d’un orifice d’évacuation d’air (282), et la chambre d’amortissement interne (36) communiquant avec le dispositif de pompage (10), tandis que la chambre d’amortissement externe (37) communique avec l’orifice d’évacuation d’air (282). Grâce à la pompe à vide, le bruit peut être réduit de manière significative pendant le fonctionnement, et la chaleur de l’air pompé se dissipe efficacement.
