(EN) The present invention relates to a method for isolating proteins from a solution containing the proteins. The invention also relates to a method for the chromatographic separation of proteins. The present invention also relates to crosslinked hydroxylic polymer particles functionalized with temperature-responsive copolymer, and to methods of preparing such particles.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'isolement des protéines à partir d'une solution contenant lesdites protéines. L'invention concerne également un procédé de séparation des protéines par chromatographie. La présente invention concerne, en outre, des particules polymères hydroxyliques réticulées fonctionnalisées par un copolymère réagissant aux variations de température, ainsi que des procédés de préparation desdites particules.
