A fluid analysis system (10) is provided for analysis of a fluid flowing in a pipe or in a pipeline. The fluid analysis system (10) comprises a pipe portion (12) which, when the fluid analysis system is put to use, forms a part of the pipe or the pipeline through which the fluid flows. The pipe portion (12) is provided with a fluid sample outlet (35) for withdrawal of fluid samples from the fluid flowing through the pipe portion (12) and a fluid sample return outlet (36) for returning fluid samples to the pipe portion (12), where the fluid sample return outlet (36) is arranged downstream of the fluid sample outlet (35). The fluid analysis system (10) further comprises a fluid analyser (16) which is provided in fluid communication with the fluid sample outlet (35) and the fluid sample return outlet (36), and a propeller unit (22) which is provided with at least one upstream propeller (29) and at least one downstream propeller (30). The propeller unit (22) is mounted in the pipe portion (12) in such a manner that the upstream propeller (29) is located upstream of the fluid sample outlet (35) thereby enabling the upstream propeller (29) to mix the fluid in the pipeline before fluid samples are withdrawn through the fluid sample outlet (35), and in such a manner that the downstream propeller (30) is located downstream of the fluid sample outlet (35) and upstream of the fluid sample return outlet (36), thereby enabling the downstream propeller (30) to provide a pressure drop in the pipe portion (12) between the fluid sample outlet (35) and the fluid sample return outlet (36) which is sufficient to drive the fluid samples through the fluid analysis system (10). A method is also provided for operation of a fluid analyser (16).

L’invention se rapporte à un système d’analyse de fluide (10) qui est prévu pour analyser l’écoulement d’un fluide dans un tuyau ou dans une canalisation. Le système d’analyse de fluide (10) comprend une partie de tuyau (12) qui, lorsqu’on met en service le système d’analyse de fluide, forme une portion du tuyau ou de la canalisation dans lequel/laquelle s’écoule le fluide. La portion de tuyau (12) est dotée d’une évacuation pour échantillon de fluide (35) permettant d’extraire des échantillons de fluide à partir du fluide s’écoulant dans la portion de tuyau (12) et d’une évacuation de retour d’échantillon de fluide (36) pour renvoyer les échantillons de fluide dans la portion de tuyau (12), l’évacuation de retour d’échantillon de fluide (36) étant disposée en aval de l’évacuation pour échantillon de fluide (35). Le système d’analyse de fluide (10) comprend en outre un analyseur de fluide (16) en communication fluidique avec l’évacuation pour échantillon de fluide (35) et l’évacuation de retour d’échantillon de fluide (36) et une unité de propulsion (22) dotée d’au moins une hélice amont (29) et d’au moins une hélice aval (30). L’unité de propulsion (22) est montée dans la portion de tuyau (12) de manière à ce que l’hélice amont (29) soit placée en amont de l’évacuation pour échantillon de fluide (35), permettant ainsi à l’hélice amont (29) de mélanger le fluide dans la canalisation avant d’extraire des échantillons de fluide par l’évacuation pour échantillon de fluide (35) et de manière à ce que l’hélice aval (30) soit placée en aval de l’évacuation pour échantillon de fluide (35) et en amont de l’évacuation de retour d’échantillon de fluide (36), ce qui permet à l’hélice aval (30) de générer une chute de pression dans la portion de tuyau (12) entre l’évacuation pour échantillon de fluide (35) et l’évacuation de retour d’échantillon de fluide (36) qui suffit à entraîner les échantillons de fluide dans le système d’analyse de fluide (10). Un procédé est également fourni pour faire fonctionner un analyseur de fluide (16).
