(EN)The present invention relates to a metal nano belt and a method of manufacturing same, and a conductive ink composition and conductive film including same. Said metal nano belt can be easily manufactured at a normal temperature and pressure without requiring the application of high temperature and pressure, and also can be used to form a conductive film or conductive pattern that exhibits excellent conductivity if a conductive ink composition including the same is printed onto a substrate before a heat treatment or drying process is carried out at low temperature. Therefore, said metal nano belt and conductive ink composition may be applied very appropriately to the formation of various semiconductor devices, displays, conductive patterns or conductive films for solar cells in environments requiring low temperature plasticity. Said metal nano belt has a length of 500 nm or more, a length/width ratio of 10 or more, and a width/thickness ratio of 3 or more.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une nanobande métallique et un procédé de fabrication de ladite nanobande, ainsi qu'une composition d'encre conductrice et un film conducteur la comprenant. Ladite nanobande métallique peut être facilement fabriquée à une température et à une pression normales sans requérir l'application de température et de pression élevées, et peut également être utilisée pour former un film conducteur ou un motif conducteur qui présente une excellente conductivité si une composition d'encre conductrice comprenant ladite bande est imprimée sur un substrat avant qu'un procédé de traitement thermique ou de séchage ne soit mis en oeuvre à faible température. (KO)본 발명은 금속 나노벨트, 이의 제조 방법, 이를 포함하는 도전성 잉크 조성물 및 전도성 필름에 관한 것이다. 상기 금속 나노벨트는 고온 및 고압을 적용할 필요없이 상온 및 상압에서 용이하게 제조 가능할 뿐 아니라, 이를 포함하는 도전성 잉크 조성물을 기판 상에 인쇄한 후에 낮은 온도에서 열처리 또는 건조 공정을 진행하더라도 우수한 도전성을 나타내는 도전막 또는 도전성 패턴 등을 형성할 수 있다. 따라서, 상기 금속 나노벨트 및 이를 포함하는 도전성 잉크 조성물은 저온 소성이 요구되는 환경 하에서 각종 반도체 소자, 표시 장치 또는 태양 전지의 도전성 패턴 또는 도전막 등을 형성하는데 매우 적합하게 적용될 수 있다. 상기 금속 나노벨트는 500nm 이상의 길이를 가지며, 길이/폭의 비가 10 이상이고, 폭/두께의 비가 3 이상인 것이다.
