(EN)The present invention relates to an air intake/discharge structure for a vacuum pump and a vacuum pump using the same. The structure comprises a T-shaped ventilation body (10) including a central vertical pipe (a) and a circular horizontal plate (b), and vertical cylinders (20, 20') of which the top is open. The body (10) includes an air intake hole (h2) and an air discharge hole (h3) which are respectively connected to a vent (h1) inside the central vertical pipe (a). In the vertical cylinders (20, 20'), the inner circumference and bottom central vent thereof are respectively coupled with the outer circumference of the circular horizontal plate (b) and the outer circumference of the central vertical pipe (a), and permitted to move. The intake/discharge structure draws air into a sealed container, which is about to form a vacuum, into the cylindrical space formed between the circular horizontal plate (b) and the bottoms of vertical cylinders (20, 20'), then discharges the air. According to the development of the intake/discharge structure and a vacuum pump using the same with the above features, the entire structure including an air discharge structure for expelling air from the vacuum pump is simplified and an excellent vacuum is secured. In addition, a small vacuum pump with high work efficiency is provided.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une structure d'admission/évacuation d'air pour une pompe à vide et une pompe à vide utilisant ladite structure. La structure comprend un corps de ventilation en forme de T (10) comprenant un conduit vertical central (a) et une plaque horizontale circulaire (b), ainsi que des cylindres verticaux (20, 20') dont la partie supérieure est ouverte. Le corps (10) comprend un trou d'admission d'air (h2) et un trou d'évacuation d'air (h3) qui sont respectivement reliés à un évent (h1) à l'intérieur du conduit vertical central (a). Dans les cylindres verticaux (20, 20'), la circonférence intérieure et son évent central inférieur sont respectivement accouplés à la circonférence extérieure de la plaque horizontale circulaire (b) et à la circonférence extérieure du conduit vertical central (a), et peuvent se déplacer. La structure d'admission/évacuation aspire l'air d'un contenant fermé hermétiquement, formant ainsi un vide, dans l'espace cylindrique formé entre la plaque horizontale circulaire (b) et les parties inférieures de cylindres verticaux (20, 20'), puis évacue l'air. Conformément au développement de la structure d'admission/évacuation et d'une pompe à vide utilisant ladite structure présentant les caractéristiques susmentionnées, la structure entière comprenant une structure d'évacuation d'air pour expulser l'air de la pompe à vide est simplifiée et un excellent vide est assuré. En outre, l'invention concerne une petite pompe à vide à haute efficacité de travail.
(KO)본 발명은 소형 진공 펌프용 공기 흡입·배출 구조 및 이를 이용한 진공 펌프에 관한 것으로서, 중앙 수직관부(a) 및 그 상단의 원형 수평판부(b)로 구성되며, 중앙 수직관부(a) 내 통공(h1)과 각각 연결 구조의 흡기공(h2) 및 배기공(h3)이 구비된 T 자형 통기 몸체(10)와; 상단 개방형 원통체로서, 원통체의 내주부는 상기 원형 수평판부(b) 외주면과, 그 바닥 중앙부의 통공은 상기 중앙 수직관부(a)의 외주면과 각각 상대 운동 가능 상태로 결합되는 수직 원통체(20, 20')를 포함하여 구성되며, 통기 몸체(10) 상의 원형 수평판부(b)와 수직 원통체(20, 20')의 바닥면 사이에 형성되는 원통형 공간 내로 진공화 대상 밀폐 용기 측 내부 공기를 흡입한 다음 이를 바로 대기 중으로 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 펌프용 공기 흡입·배출 구조, 및 이러한 특징적 구조의 공기 흡입·배출 구조를 이용한 진공 펌프를 개발함으로써, 진공 펌프로부터 대기 중으로의 공기 배출 구조를 포함한 전체적 구조가 단순함은 물론 높은 진공도 확보가 가능하고 작업 효율이 높은 매우 바람직한 형태의 소형 진공 펌프를 얻을 수 있다.
