(EN)The present invention relates to a method for the manufacture of anatase titanium dioxide nanoparticles. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for the manufacture of anatase titanium dioxide nanoparticles, the method comprising the steps of: uniformly mixing, in water, titanium n-butoxide and cetyltrimethyl ammonium salt (CTAS); hydrothermally treating said mixture at a temperature of 60 to 120°C; and collecting and drying the anatase titanium dioxide nanoparticles generated by the hydrothermal treatment. The present invention enables the mass production of anatase titanium dioxide nanoparticles having excellent crystalline structure by a simple process without any further heat treatment. The anatase titanium dioxide nanoparticles have many applications and are anticipated to penetrate the photocatalyst market.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de production de nanoparticules de dioxyde de titane anatase. En particulier, l'invention concerne un procédé de production de nanoparticules de dioxyde de titane anatase consistant à: mélanger uniformément, dans de l'eau, du n-butoxyde de titane et des sels de cétyl-triméthyl-ammonium (CTAS); faire subir un traitement hydrothermique audit mélange à une température comprise entre 60°C et 120°C; puis, recueillir les nanoparticules de dioxyde de titane anatase générées par le traitement hydrothermique et les sécher. L'invention permet de produire en masse des nanoparticules de dioxyde de titane anatase présentant une excellente structure cristalline, à l'aide d'un processus simple, sans autre traitement thermique. Les nanoparticules de dioxyde de titane anatase présentent plusieurs applications, et on peut prédire leur entrée prochaine sur le marché des photocatalyseurs.
(KO)본 발명은 아나타제형 이산화티탄(TiO2) 나노입자의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 티타늄 t-부톡사이드(Titanium n-butoxide)와 세틸트리메틸 암모늄 염(cetyltrimethyl ammonium salt, CTAS)을 물에 넣고 균일하게 혼합하는 단계; 상기 혼합물을 60~120℃의 온도로 수열처리하는 단계; 및 수열처리에 의해 생성된 아나타제형 이산화티탄 나노입자를 수득하여 건조하는 단계;를 포함하는 아나타제형 이산화티탄(TiO2) 나노입자의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 별도의 열처리를 하지 않고서도 우수한 결정성을 갖는 아나타제형 이산화티탄 나노입자를 간단한 공정으로 손쉽게 대량으로 제조할 수 있으므로, 아나타제형 이산화티탄 나노입자의 수많은 응용성과 함께 광촉매 시장에 경제적 파급효과가 있을 것으로 기대된다.
