(EN)In the manufacturing method for three-dimensional molded parts, a mold (10) is prepared in which a cavity (13) is formed defining a desired shape in the front elevation, which cavity (13) is then coated and filled with a slurry (20). Next, the mold (10), filled with the slurry (20), is placed on the top surface of a ceramic green sheet (30), which is a porous substrate. At this time, the pressure inside the ceramic green sheet (30) is lowered by means of a suction hose (51) and a sintered metal (40). The ceramic green sheet (30) is also heated by a hot plate (60). Thus, a solvent contained in the slurry (20) penetrates and is absorbed into the pores in the ceramic green sheet (30), and evaporates. As a result, the three-dimensional molded part (slurry (20)) dries without deforming prior to drying.

(JA)この立体形成部製造方法においては、正面視において所定の形状に沿う凹部13が形成された型10を準備し、その凹部13内にスラリー20を塗布・充填する。次に、多孔質基板であるセラミックグリーンシート30の上面に、スラリー20が充填された型10を配置する。このとき、吸引用連通管51及び焼結金属40を介してセラミックグリーンシート30内が低圧化される。また、セラミックグリーンシート30はホットプレート60により加熱される。これらにより、スラリー20に含まれる溶剤は、セラミックグリーンシート30の細孔内に浸透・吸収され、蒸発する。この結果、乾燥前の立体形成部(スラリー20)は変形することなく乾燥する。
