Abstract
(EN) Provided is a lightweight heat ray shield cover, such as a heat insulator, which has a three-dimensional shape and excellent shielding characteristics.  The heat ray shield cover is a cover which is disposed near a heat source (26) such as an engine exhaust pipe and blocks the heat ray from the heat source, the cover being formed of a composite compact in which aluminum alloy plates (2a, 2b) are layered on both the surfaces of a core foam resin (3b), respectively.  The surface of one (2a) of the aluminum alloy plates in the composite compact is provided to face the heat source (26).
(FR) L'invention concerne un couvercle léger de protection contre le rayonnement thermique, comme un isolant thermique, présentant une forme tridimensionnelle et d’excellentes caractéristiques de protection. Ledit couvercle de protection contre le rayonnement thermique est disposé près d’une source (26) de chaleur telle qu’une tubulure d’échappement de moteur et bloque le rayonnement thermique émanant de la source de chaleur, le couvercle étant formé d’un corps compact composite où des plaques (2a, 2b) en alliage d’aluminium sont superposées aux deux surfaces d’une résine (3b) formant un cœur en mousse. La surface de l’une des plaques (2a) en alliage d’aluminium du corps compact composite est placée face à la source (26) de chaleur.
(JA)  本発明は、ヒートインシュレータなど、3次元形状で、かつ熱線遮蔽性に優れた軽量な熱線遮蔽カバーを提供する。本発明の熱線遮蔽カバーは、エンジン排気管などの熱源(26)近傍に配置されて熱源からの熱線を遮蔽するカバーであって、芯材発泡樹脂(3b)の両面にアルミニウム合金板(2a、2b)が各々積層された複合成形体からなる。この複合成形体における片側のアルミニウム合金板(2a)表面は、熱源(26)側に向けて配置される。
