Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery comprising a positive electrode (4) wherein a positive electrode mixture layer containing a positive electrode active material and a binder is formed on a positive electrode collector, a negative electrode (5), a porous insulating layer (6) arranged between the positive electrode (4) and the negative electrode (5), and a nonaqueous electrolyte solution.  The tensile elongation of the positive electrode (4) is not less than 3.0%.  The binder is composed of a poly(vinylidene fluoride).  The softening temperature of the positive electrode collector is lower than the crystal melting point of the binder.
(FR) L'invention concerne une batterie rechargeable à électrolyte non aqueux comportant une électrode positive (4) où une couche de mélange pour électrode positive contenant un matériau actif pour électrode positive et un liant est formée sur un collecteur d’électrode positive, une électrode négative (5), une couche isolante poreuse (6) placée entre l’électrode positive (4) et l’électrode négative (5), et une solution non aqueuse d’électrolyte. L’allongement en traction de l’électrode positive (4) n’est pas inférieur à 3,0 %. Le liant est composé d’un polyfluorure de vinylidène. La température de ramollissement du collecteur d’électrode positive est inférieure au point de fusion des cristaux du liant.
(JA)  非水電解質二次電池は、正極集電体上に正極活物質と結着剤とを含む正極合剤層が設けられた正極4と、負極5と、正極4と負極5との間に配置された多孔質絶縁層6と、非水電解液とを備えている。正極4の引っ張り伸び率は、3.0%以上である。結着剤は、ポリフッ化ビニリデンからなる。正極集電体の軟化温度は、結着剤の結晶融点よりも低い。
