(EN)A method of identifying a combination of antibodies with a combined improved anti-tumor activity is provided. The method comprising: (a) identifying binding epitopes of anti ErbB-2 antibodies; and (b) selecting a combination of at least two antibodies of the anti ErbB-2 antibodies exhibiting binding to different epitopes on the ErbB-2, at least one of the different epitopes being localized to a dimerization site of the ErbB-2, the combination of antibodies being with the combined improved anti-tumor activity. Also provided are novel antibody combinations uncovered according to the present teachings.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé d’identification d’une combinaison d’anticorps ayant une activité antitumorale combinée améliorée. Le procédé comprend : (a) l’identification d’épitopes de liaison d’anticorps anti-ErbB-2 ; et (b) la sélection d’une combinaison d’au moins deux anticorps des anticorps anti-ErbB-2 présentant une liaison à différents épitopes sur ErbB-2, au moins un des différents épitopes étant localisé à un site de dimérisation de ErbB-2, la combinaison d’anticorps ayant l’activité antitumorale améliorée combinée. La présente invention concerne en outre de nouvelles combinaisons d’anticorps selon la présente description.
