(DE)Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von geometrischen Katalysatorformkörpern K, deren Aktivmasse ein Multielementoxid der Stöchiometrie [BiaZ1bOx]p[BicMo12FedZ2eZ3fZ4gZ5hZ6iOy]1 ist, bei dem man ein feinteiliges Oxid BiaZ1bOx und aus Elementquellen ein feinteiliges Gemisch der Stöchiometrie BicMo12FedZ2eZ3fZ4gZ5hZ6i ausbildet und im Verhältnis p : 1 vermischt, mit dem Gemisch Formkörper formt und diese thermisch behandelt, wobei 0< c ≤ 0,8 ist.
(EN)The invention relates to a method for producing geometric catalyst moulded bodies (K), the active mass thereof being a multi-element oxide in the stoichiometry [BiaZ1bOx]p[BicMo12FedZ2eZ3fZ4gZ5hZ6iOy]1. Said method consists of forming a fine particle oxide BiaZ1bOx and, from element sources, a fine particle mixture in the stoichiometry BicMo12FedZ2eZ3fZ4gZ5hZ6i and said mixture is mixed according to the ratio p:1, forming moulded bodies with the mixture when are then thermally treated and 0< c ≤ 0,8.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de corps moulés de catalyseur K géométriques dont la masse active est un oxyde multiélément de stoechiométrie [BiaZ1bOx]p[BicMo12FedZ2eZ3fZ4gZ5hZ6iOy]1. Ce procédé consiste à former un oxyde à particules fines BiaZ1bOx et, à partir de sources d'éléments, un mélange à particules fines de stoechiométrie BicMo12FedZ2eZ3fZ4gZ5hZ6i, puis à mélanger ceux-ci selon le rapport p : 1, à former des corps moulés avec ce mélange et à soumettre ces corps moulés à un traitement thermique, avec 0< c ≤ 0,8.
