Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bauteil, umfassend eine Mehrzahl von aufeinander gestapelten Platten (1), von denen mindestens eine aus einem keramischen Werkstoff besteht und in welchen mittels Stegen (2) ein Kanalbereich aus Fluidstrom-Führungskanälen (3) ausgebildet ist, die mit Zu- und Abführöffnungen (4, 5, 6, 7) in Strömungsverbindung stehen, wobei der Plattenstapel mittels einer Spannvorrichtung kraftschlüssig verbunden ist und wobei zwischen den einzelnen Platten (1) des Stapels jeweils eine Flachdichtung (8) angeordnet ist, wobei die Flachdichtung (8) aus einem elastischen und/oder komprimierbaren Material besteht und sowohl die den Kanalbereich und die Zu- und Abführöffnungen (4, 5, 6, 7) umgreifenden Bereiche als auch mindestens teilweise die Stegoberseiten der kanalbildenden Stege (2) bedeckt. Die erfindungsgemäßen Bauteile sind druckdicht, thermoschockbeständig und zerlegbar. Sie eignen sich insbesondere als Wärmeübertrager und Mikroreaktoren.
(EN) The invention relates to a component comprising a plurality of plates (1) stacked on each other, at least one of said plates being made of a ceramic material and in which a channel area is formed of fluid flow guide channels (3) by means of webs (2), said channels having a flow connection to inlet and outlet openings (4, 5, 6, 7), wherein the stack of plates is connected by force fit by means of a clamping device, and wherein a flat seal (8) is disposed between each of the individual plates (1) of the stack, wherein the flat seal (8) is made of an elastic and/or compressible material and covers both the channel area and the areas encompassing the inlet and outlet openings (4, 5, 6, 7), and at least partially covers the top sides of the webs (2) forming the channels. The components according to the invention are pressure-tight, resistant to thermal shock, and can be dismantled. They are particularly well suited as heat exchangers and microreactors.
(FR) L'invention concerne un élément de construction comprenant une pluralité de plaques (1) superposées dont au moins une est constituée d'un matériau céramique et dans lequel une région de canaux est formée de canaux de guidage d'écoulement de fluide (3) au moyen de nervures (2), lesquels canaux sont en communication fluidique avec des ouvertures d'amenée et d'évacuation (4, 5, 6, 7). L'empilement de plaque est relié à force au moyen d'un dispositif de serrage et un joint plat (8) est chaque fois disposé entre les différentes plaques (1) de l'empilement, le joint plat (8) étant constitué d'un matériau élastique et/ou comprimable et couvrant tant les régions englobant la région de canaux et les ouvertures d'amenée et d'évacuation (4, 5, 6, 7) qu'au moins en partie le côté supérieur des nervures (2) formant les canaux. Les éléments de construction selon l'invention sont étanches à la pression, résistants aux chocs thermiques et démontables. Ils sont particulièrement appropriés comme échangeurs de chaleur et microréacteurs.
