Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to an electrode system for measuring the concentration of an analyte under in-vivo conditions, comprising a counter-electrode (2) having an electrical conductor (2a), a working electrode (1) having an electrical conductor (1a) on which an enzyme layer (5) containing immobilized enzyme molecules for catalytic conversion of the analyte is arranged, and a diffusion barrier that slows the diffusion of the analyte from body fluid surrounding the electrode system to enzyme molecules down. The invention provides the enzyme layer (5) in the form of multiple fields that are arranged on the conductor (1a) of the working electrode (1 ) at a distance from each other.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un système d'électrode, pour mesurer la concentration d'une substance à analyser dans des conditions in vivo, qui comporte une contre-électrode (2) présentant un conducteur électrique (2a), une électrode de travail (1) présentant un conducteur électrique (1a) sur lequel une couche d'enzyme (5) contenant des molécules d'enzyme immobilisées pour une conversion catalytique de la substance à analyser est agencée, et une barrière de diffusion qui ralentit la diffusion de la substance à analyser d'un liquide organique entourant le système d'électrode vers les molécules d'enzyme. L'invention utilise la couche d'enzyme (5) sous forme de champs multiples qui sont agencés sur le conducteur (1a) de l'électrode de travail (1) à une certaine distance les uns des autres.
