Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides methods for revealing, detecting, and analyzing circulating tumor cells in the blood of a subject. Revealing detectable circulating tumor cells allows for early stage detection and diagnosis in addition to long term prognosis in subjects with cancer. Additionally, enrichment allows for robust detection and clinically meaningful analysis of low volume samples for use in clinical settings as well as innovative methods for the treatment of cancers.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur des méthodes permettant de révéler, détecter et analyser des cellules tumorales circulantes dans le sang d'un sujet. La révélation de cellules tumorales circulantes détectables permet une détection de stade précoce et un diagnostic en plus d'un pronostic à long terme sur des sujets atteints de cancer. De plus, un enrichissement permet une détection robuste et une analyse cliniquement significative d'échantillons de petit volume destinés à être utilisés dans des environnements cliniques ainsi que sur des méthodes innovantes de traitement de cancers.
