Abstract
(EN) A method of compacting a roadway section includes entering initial input parameters into a compaction analyzer, A plurality of passes is made with a roller over a portion of the roadway section and vibratory energy is applied thereto. Responsive vibration signals are gathered and the compaction analyzer generates estimated density signals. Actual density measurements are taken and the estimated densities are compared thereto. Selected ones of the initial input parameters are adjusted so that an adjusted density output signal which represents the actual density of a roadway section is generated.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé de compaction d'une section de chaussée qui comprend l'entrée de paramètres d'entrées initiaux dans un analyseur de compaction. Une pluralité de passages est faite avec un rouleau sur une partie de la section de chaussée et une énergie vibratoire est appliquée à celle-ci. Des signaux de vibration résultants sont rassemblés et l'analyseur de compaction génère des signaux de densités estimées. Des mesures de densité réelles sont prélevées et les densités estimées sont comparées à celles-ci. Des paramètres choisis parmi les paramètres d'entrées initiaux sont ajustés de telle sorte qu'un signal de sortie de densité ajustée qui représente la densité réelle d'une section de chaussée est généré.
