A method of electronic transcutanne analysis of inner blood surrounding parameters relates to acidobasis analysis, ion parity or other inner blood surrounding parameters. More specifically, the invention is based on that the transcutanne scaned values of partial pressure of oxygen and carbon dioxide are brought by impulses to computer unit with utilization of Bohrs effect with applicative parameter ΔpH expressing value of blood pH and in programme algorithm by evaluation of condition of outer surroundings are appointed also other inner blood surrounding parameters whereby is applied proceduring for example of various types of oxygentherapy, impulse therapy or diabetes mellitus. A method of electronic transcutanne analysis of inner blood surrounding parameters is appointed for evaluation of inner blood surrounding parameters by transcutanne analysis of acidobasis, ion parity or other inner blood surrounding parameters.
