(EN)The present invention relates to an engineering plastic manhole structure which utilizes mechanical properties of engineering plastics having a strength, an elasticity, and a heat resistance superior than those of steel to overcome the problems of conventional manholes produced through a casting process, such as assembly errors, movements of manholes caused by the impact loads of vehicles, water leakage and noise, and the problems of locking devices. Also, it is an object of the present invention to produce an engineering plastic manhole structure of consistent quality in an efficient and economically advantageous manner. The engineering plastic manhole structure of the present invention is characterized in that it has an elastic force of engineering plastic, and an extremely small assembly error between a manhole frame and a manhole cover, and characterized in that a locking rim and a locking groove are tightly assembled with each other with no gaps, thus enabling the present invention to function as a locking device against the impact loads of vehicles, and perfectly preventing the ingress of rainwater into the insertion space of a support frame. The assembly of the manhole frame and the manhole cover of the present invention serves as a locking device to eliminate the necessity of a locking device which might otherwise be needed for conventional manholes produced through a casting process. As the manhole frame and the manhole cover of the present invention have no gaps therebetween, noises caused by loads of vehicles in conventional manholes produced through a casting process can be prevented.
(FR)L'invention concerne une structure de trou d'homme en plastique industriel qui fait appel aux propriétés mécaniques de ce plastique, présentant une solidité, une élasticité et une résistance thermique supérieures à celles de l'acier, ce qui permet d'éviter les difficultés inhérentes aux trous d'homme classiques produits par coulée, du type erreurs d'assemblage, mouvements du trou d'homme résultant des charges d'impact de véhicules, fuites d'eau et bruit, et également problèmes liés à des dispositifs de verrouillage. En outre, l'invention a pour objet la production de la structure considérée selon une qualité régulière dans des conditions efficaces et rentables. Ladite structure est caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente l'élasticité du plastique industriel et occasionne une erreur d'assemblage extrêmement faible entre un cadre de trou d'homme et un couvercle de trou d'homme, et par ailleurs en ce qu'elle permet un assemblage précis entre une bordure de verrouillage et une rainure de verrouillage, sans intervalles, ce qui permet à la structure de constituer un dispositif de verrouillage contre les charges d'impact de véhicules, et d'assurer une étanchéité parfaite contre la pénétration d'eau de pluie dans l'espace d'insertion d'un cadre support. Le fait d'assembler le cadre de trou d'homme et le couvercle de trou d'homme selon l'invention comme un dispositif de verrouillage évite de devoir utiliser un dispositif de verrouillage que des trous d'homme classiques produits par coulée pourraient rendre nécessaires. L'absence d'intervalles à l'assemblage entre ce cadre et ce couvercle permet d'éviter les bruits de charges de véhicules que procurent les trous d'homme classiques en question.
(KO)본 발명은 강철보다 강도가 크고 탄성이 좋으며 내열성 큰 엔지니어링 플라스틱의 기계적 성질을 이용하여 종래의 주물맨홀이 갖는 문제점인 조립공차의 문제, 차량의 충격하중으로 인한 유동의 문제, 누수 및 소음의 문제, 잠금장치의 문제를 해결한 새로운 개념의 엔지니어링 플라스틱 맨홀 구조체를 제공하고자 함과 동시에 일정한 품질의 엔지니어링 플라스틱 맨홀 구조체를 효율적이고 경제적으로 제작하고자함에 그 목적이 있다. 본 발명은 엔지니어링 플라스틱이 갖는 탄성력과, 그리고 맨홀프레임과 맨홀뚜껑사이의 극미한 조립공차에 의하여 이루어진 구성이므로 잠금 돌테와 잠금 고정홈이 서로 밀착ㆍ조립됨으로써 차량의 충격하중에 대한 잠금장치로서 기능할 뿐만 아니라 잠금 돌테와 잠금 고정홈이 서로 빈틈없이 밀착된 상태이므로 지지 프레임의 삽입 공간부로 빗물의 침투가 전혀 방지되는 효과가 있다. 맨홀프레임과 맨홀뚜껑의 조립구조에 의한 잠금장치이므로 종래의 주물맨홀과는 달리 별도의 잠금장치가 필요 없다. 맨홀프레임과 맨홀뚜껑 사이에 유격이 없으므로 종래의 주물맨홀과는 달리 차량하중으로 인한 소음이 방지되는 효과를 지닌 유용한 발명이다.
