Abstract
(EN) A capsule guidance system is provided with a capsule type endoscope (2) inside a subject (1), multiple electrode pads (5) to provide communication with the subject’s body, a magnetic field generating unit (15) that generates a magnetic field for guiding the capsule type endoscope (2), a magnetic field change sensing unit (17) that senses the rate of change over time in the magnetic field, a position calculating unit (9) that calculates the position of the capsule type endoscope (2) based on voltage sensed by the multiple electrode pads (5), and a control unit (14) that controls the timing of operation by the position calculating unit (9). The control unit (14) acquires the rate of change over time in the magnetic field from the magnetic field change sensing unit (17), recognizes that an eddy current caused by the magnetic field has occurred in the subject (1) when the acquired rate of change over time in the magnetic field exceeds a prescribed threshold value, and stops the position calculating unit (9).
(JA)  本発明にかかるカプセル誘導システムは、被検体(1)内部のカプセル型内視鏡(2)と人体通信を行うための複数の電極パッド(5)と、カプセル型内視鏡(2)を誘導するための磁界を発生する磁界発生部(15)と、この磁界の時間変化率を検出する磁界変化検出部(17)と、複数の電極パッド(5)によって検出された電圧をもとにカプセル型内視鏡(2)の位置を算出する位置算出部(9)と、位置算出部(9)の動作タイミングを制御する制御部(14)と、を備える。制御部(14)は、磁界変化検出部(17)から磁界の時間変化率を取得し、この取得した磁界の時間変化率が所定の閾値を超過した場合、被検体(1)に磁界由来の渦電流が発生したと認識して、位置算出部(9)を停止させる。
