Abstract
(EN) A process for production of an aluminum wheel, which makes it possible, even when non-chromate surface treatment is conducted after casting, to attain sufficient tight adhesion between an aluminum wheel and a non-chromate coating and sufficient corrosion resistance. A process for production of an aluminum wheel, characterized by comprising the cleaning step of etching the surface of an aluminum wheel chemically with an alkaline cleaning fluid containing an alkaline builder, an organic builder and a chelating agent until the atomic ratio of metallic Si to oxide Si on the surface of the aluminum wheel becomes 0.01 to 9.  In cleaning the surface of an aluminum wheel, the process can dispense with shot blasting.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une roue en aluminium, qui permet, même lorsqu'un traitement en surface sans chromate est mené après coulée, d'atteindre une adhésion suffisamment forte entre une roue en aluminium et un revêtement sans chromate et une résistance suffisante à la corrosion. L'invention porte sur un procédé de production d'une roue en aluminium, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend l'étape de nettoyage consistant à attaquer chimiquement la surface d'une roue en aluminium par un fluide de nettoyage alcalin contenant un adjuvant alcalin, un adjuvant organique et un agent chélatant jusqu'à ce que le rapport atomique de Si métallique à l’oxyde de Si sur la surface de la roue en aluminium atteigne 0,01 à 9. Le procédé ne nécessite pas de grenaillage lors du nettoyage de la surface d'une roue en aluminium.
(JA) 【課題】 アルミホイールの製造方法において、鋳造後にノンクロメート表面処理を施した場合であっても、アルミホイールとノンクロメート皮膜との間での十分な密着性と耐食性を達成できる手段の提供。 【解決手段】 アルミホイールの製造方法において、当該アルミホイール表面における酸化物Siに対する金属SiのSi原子割合の比が0.01~9となるまで、アルカリビルダー、有機ビルダー及びキレート剤を含有するアルカリ洗浄液で当該アルミホイール表面をケミカルエッチングする清浄化工程を含む、アルミホイール表面の洗浄に際してショットブラスト処理工程の省略が出来ることを特徴とする方法。
