(EN)The present invention relates to frozen rice with topping and a method for preparing the same, and more specifically, to frozen rice wherein the sauce for the topping is formed into a block and frozen and then placed over the rice prior to packaging which not only allows for a simple, single microwaving and serving, but also brings out the unique flavour of the rice.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un plat de riz congelé et son procédé de préparation et concerne plus spécifiquement un plat de riz congelé et son procédé de préparation dans lequel la sauce pour napper le riz est formée sous forme d'un bloc et congelée puis placée sur le riz avant l'emballage, ce qui permet non seulement de disposer d'une portion pouvant être mangée après un seul passage au four à micro-ondes mais fait ressortir également la flaveur unique du riz.
