(EN)The present invention relates to a vertical, autothermal furnace characterised in that it comprises a furnace that tapers with the lower part wider than the upper part and having a spherical, elliptical or polygonal cross section, said furnace being replenished with carbon-containing pellets; a pellet filler opening; a discharger; and an air regulator. The present invention further relates to an autothermal method of manufacturing fired material comprising the steps of filling said vertical autothermal furnace with carbon-containing pellets and preheating, and then continuously loading carbon-containing pellets into said preheated pellet-loaded furnace, and continuously discharging said autothermally fired material produced by the autothermal firing of said carbon-containing pellets from the lower part thereof. The method of manufacturing fired material using said furnace has the economic advantage of enabling the autothermal firing of pellets using only the heat generated during firing without additional heating.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un four vertical adiabatique caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un four qui est effilé avec une partie inférieure plus large que la partie supérieure et présentant une section sphérique, elliptique ou polygonale, ledit four étant approvisionné en granulés contenant du carbone; une ouverture de remplissage pour les granulés; un système de sortie; et un régulateur d'air. Cette invention porte également sur un procédé adiabatique de production de matériau cuit comprenant les étapes suivantes: le remplissage du four adiabatique vertical avec des granulés contenant du carbone et le préchauffage, suivis par l'introduction en continu de granulés contenant du carbone dans le four préchauffé chargé de granulés, puis la sortie en continu du produit cuit de manière adiabatique produit par le chauffage adiabatique des granulés contenant du carbone depuis la partie inférieure. Le procédé de production de matériau cuit au moyen dudit four présente l'avantage économique d'assurer le chauffage adiabatique des granulés uniquement au moyen de la chaleur générée lors de la chauffe sans aucun chauffage supplémentaire.
(KO)본 발명은 횡단면이 원형, 타원형 또는 다각형으로 상부보다 하부가 넓은 테이퍼 형상이며 탄소를 함유하는 펠렛으로 충전된 소성로, 펠렛 투입부, 배출부, 공기 조절부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직형 자열 소성로에 관한 것이다. 그리고 본 발명은 상기 수직형 자열 소성로에 탄소를 함유하는 펠렛을 충전 시켜 예열한 후 상기 예열된 펠렛을 충전시킨 소성로의 내부에 탄소를 함유하는 펠렛을 연속적으로 투입하고, 상기 탄소를 함유하는 펠렛이 자열 소성되어 생성된 자열 소성체가 하부로 연속적으로 배출하는 단계를 포함하는 자열 소성체 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 소성로를 이용하여 소성체를 제조하는 방법은 추가적인 가열 없이 소성 시 생성되는 열만으로 펠렛을 자열 소성 할 수 있는 점에서 경제적인 이점이 있다.
